The hotel, in general, was clean. Breakfast is not bad, there is not much variety, but you can find something for your taste. The location was OK, close to a bus stop and a shopping center. There is free parking outside the hotel, and you can also park your car in the underground garage for a reasonable fee. The receptionists were kind and helpful.

The rooms are not modernly furnished; You don't feel like you are staying in a 4-star hotel. There was no minibar/mini fridge in the room. They need to offer better coffee at breakfast. The pool was tiny. The vibrant colors in the photos are misleading.

We booked at short notice for a quick overnight stop.

No option for a room and breakfast, only option we had was room only. We felt the price of breakfast 19 euros each was expensive compared to price of room, did not book breakfast so cannot comment on quality.

Everything was perfect, starting from very welcome staff. Rooms, great mattresses and a fantastic breakfast. Very good and beautiful stay.

The air conditioning didn't work in the room, at night we had the window open. When putting the cleaning sign on the door handle only trash was removed, no new towels and extra toilet paper was added. The fitness center only has one four machines, one for muscles and three for fitness. The swimming pool is a bit dirty but the sauna is good. The price for the room was fair, which is why the overall score is three stars. We didn't try the restaurant.

We arrived late at night and the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. We were offered and gladly accepted a free room upgrade for free, so that our child could sleep in a separate room. Hotel location is close to the motorway, so there is no need to drive into the city. Breakfast was great! Thank you for the exceptional service!

The new name of the hotel is different now since changed a few weeks ago, so we were a bit confused to see a different sign outside of it when arriving to the hotel address.

Hotel is very clean, service is friendly both at the reception and at breakfast. Breakfast is very reasonable.

It was a very hot day. We got a room on the top floor, where the windows were closed the whole day, so the room temperature was about 30 degrees. There is no air-conditioning. There was a small fan and it was a bit of relief. But there were plenty of other rooms on lower floors, where the temperature obviously was not that high. Also, the toiletries are quite basic and cheap. More of a 3 star hotel

I liked It all. Stay here every year, and the hotel always delivers its best.

It was nice that you could use the sauna, but since we didn't have any bathing suits, we didn't check it out. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately didn't offer enough gluten free options. The room was quiet.

No gluten free bread/pastries for breakfast, the pillows were too thin and soft so they didn't provide any neck support (I woke up in pain!), two twin beds instead of a double bed. Rooms quite small and outdated for a 4-star hotel. Not good value for money.
