Le personnel est très attentionné, toujours prêt et disponible à vous aider.

Il manquait peut être juste plus de prise électrique dans la chambre, une rallonge pourrait être une solution, mais après je n’ai pas demandé, si je l’avais fait je suis persuadée qu’ils me l’aurait fourni au vu de leurs extrême gentillesse.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und vieles wurde wohl überholt und macht einen gemütlichen, sauberen Eindruck.

Fitness or Gym at the Fitness First club at the station is really good. Hotel provided a towel and bottle of water. Main reason for choosing this hotel for me and it delivered. Breakfast is cheap at 9 Euro and good. Location is really great, just for a walk downtown with all these bars restaurants shopping centers etc. it could not be better. I had some really nice food and craft beer next door in Sophie's Brauhaus. The room is good and modern/new. The bathroom is good and modern/new.

The room is really small 18m2 I upgraded to a comfort room on the city side because the standard room looked old on the foto's. It was really expensive so I could not upgrade to a double room on the city side. I am there for business 1 day and I would prefer a less expensive stay, but it is what it is. There was building noise at 6.45, but that is my wake-up time anyway.

Seit 45 Jahren hat man an der Ausstattung nichts gemacht. Fast schon wieder cool, aber für so ein Zimmer 200€/Nacht zu verlangen ist frech.

There was a renovation work going on during our stay and the hotel felt like a construction site. The lift was not working.

The hotel was conveniently situated, close to the main shopping street and restaurants. The room was large, had a large comfortable bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was spacious and had a good shower as well as a bath. The staff were efficient and helpful. Our room was at the back of the hotel so was very quiet. The restaurant was closed for the 3 days we were there, but breakfast was available if you wanted it. I would certainly stay at this hotel if I returned to Stuttgart

The only down side was that there wasn’t a kettle or coffee making facility in the room. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Very good location, lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby, close to U-Bahn, neatly maintained room. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that is good about my stay is the location. The hotel is in the center. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was good.

The elevator was not working. There was a very bad smell in the room I couldn’t sleep well. I changed my room the next day but still there was bas smell. The furniture and the carpet were very old. The lobby was very hot and smelly.

Good location, U-Bahn/S-Bahn station almost next to the entrance door. Main walking/trade street from Hauptbahnhof up to hotel. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Air-conditioned room this time (around +30C on the street) was an excellent feature.

We absolutely apreciated our stay at Hotel Royal. The room was wonderful, the breakfast excellent, in the heart of stadsmitte and 2 minutes to the S-Bahn which took us to the airport.

The location is good - not too far from an underground station in the centre of the city. Main sights are walking distance. There are a few local bars very close for late night drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive. The reception area has a faded look about it. Maybe 70s style. However, it seems to be undergoing a massive renovation. So for example, the basement has a superb 1930s design and our room had a very modern design. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite. This was a good room, though I'd be pushed to call it a suite. The bed was great. There was A/C (definitely needed when we went in July), a large tv, a mini fridge. Breakfast was very good / excellent. We are vegans, and the staff were able to provide vegan milk as well as a few other vegan options. There was even sparkling wine for breakfast! :D

While we were there (July 2023), re-decoration was taking place on a floor by floor basis. Therefore some of the hotel looked brand new, some a bit jaded. We only heard some banging around checkout time, so this was not a problem. We were warned that the lift would be out of order during our stay and that we could request a lower floor room and we would receive a bottle of sparkling wine. The lift was working and we didn't receive the wine - lol A small point was that the brand new A/C in our room leaked. The hotel must have been aware of it and had left a bucket and towel in the room under it. I'm guessing they will find a better solution for this. Overall, I wouldn't let the above criticisms dissuade you from choosing to stay there. It is a good hotel.

It is located near the shopping center and Subway station, very convenient! And the Room is really very big, with desks, one big sofa and tables, and I like the washing room very much, very big and clean, and our price is very good and is one of the most cost-effective hotels we stayed in Germany, would definitely recommend and stay there again next time.

Breakfast is a little simple, as the cost is just $9.00/person, anyway, it is worthy. It would be better if the waiters were more enthusiastic.

Friendly reception, car park to rear of hotel. Room and bathroom big and clean. Didn't have breakfast here, went to Netzer about 10 min walk. Hotel is centrally located and right by the train station

Would have liked tea making facility/ fridge and safety deposit box but that's just a preference, wouldn't stop me recommending the hotel
