Das Hotel war für mich nur ein Zwischenstopp. Deswegen hat mir die ruhige Lage und das Parken direkt.vor dem Hotel gut gefallen.

Beds too soft hanging low, small room, low value for money

Frühstück: klein, aber fein, schön präsentiert und mit Herzblut zubereitet. Regionale Produkte und die selbst hergestellten Sachen (zB. smoothies) haben mir sehr gefallen. Einen Korb mit frischen Früchten habe ich vermisst. Lage: Anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da recht ausserhalb und in einem Wohnquartier, dann aber bemerkt, dass es dafür schön ruhig ist und alles gut erreichbar, Bushaltestelle direkt beim Haus ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt.

Bei Schlechtwetter und längerem Aufenthalt hätte uns (v.a. den Kindern) wohl ein Aufenthaltsraum gefehlt. Ab 1/2 Stunde vor Frühstücksende ist das Angebot bereits recht reduziert. Liegt ev. auch daran, dass eine Person für den ganzen Frühstücksraum plus Abrechnungen und Gästebetreuung zuständig ist.

Ruhige Lage! Alles gut erreichbar! Sehr gutes Frühstück-Buffet! Schöne und individuell eingerichtete Zimmer!

A small hotel located in a quiet residential area of Friedrichshafen, managed by friendly and efficient staff. The room I stayed in was nice and clean though quite small, but that’s reflected in the price, so no complaints. It’s possible to reach the centre by bus, but there are next to no buses after 20:00, so you probably need to drive or cycle.

Breakfast was great and the staff very attentive and helpful. Apartment was clean and equipped with plenty of towels and necessities. Parking was right in front of the hotel. Check-in was easy.

Small but comfortable room, a fridge instead of a tablet in the room would have been more useful though. Breakfast was great!

It's not at a walking distance from the center but not too hard to reach by bus

everything was in good condition, looked new. the bed was comfortable, clean. the room was cozy and good to rest. breakfast also tasty, we made some sandwiches, had some bread with jam and fruits, juices, tea.. 👌

its not bad, but if you want to go to the center near the lake to eat or to drink with the view, its a little bit far from here.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Clean and comfortable room, nice and easy-to-access location. The host is particularly welcoming and kind. She adapted the breakfast knowing that we arrived very late the night before and was very kind explaining about the touristic options. In general it was very cosy, smoothies prepared with local fruits and tasty breakfast with the right balance of quantity, taste and service. We loved our stay and would recommend it 100%.

Adorable interior design making you feel cozy and right at home. The tablet had a personal greeting and included lots of helpful info about the hotel as well as nearby sights and restaurants. Breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only SMALL thing I could think of is that it's 2.5km from "downtown" Friedrichshafen, but if you travel by car that's not an issue either.

I have checked in hotels in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and other 40+ countries ( I am not an ignorant traveler). If you don’t care about the service, just skip this review. As a traveler, I have different expectations of hostels and hotels. The hotel hasn’t messaged the traveler in advance that there would be nobody there (e.g. 3 pm) and the room detail: you will talk with someone via speaker (not so clear). The room is quite small with a wall full of glass (70% of the standard usual hotel room), which is annoying for me. Besides, this hotel does offer certain items but with quite inconvenient design (e.g., you can’t fill in the supplied 1.7L kettle under the wash basin). “Fabulous breakfast (Fabelhaftes Frühstück)”: I usually start with scrambled eggs (Rührei), a boiled egg, and fried sausage in hotel breakfast. I was disappointed that for this “Fabulous breakfast”, they only offer boiled eggs. I was questioned when I first time saw the owner of the hotel do I know if I can only be allowed to take 1 egg? I said I don’t know. I have met no any staff from the hotel how I know it. Yes, I was supposed to know it because it was written on the side near the eggs (I have never met such a rule that you can only have one egg for the buffet breakfast for hotels in 40+ countries globally). “Daf ich 2 Eier habe oder nicht (can I have 2 eggs or not: still corona time and I have already touched the 2 eggs). Then the owner asked me in an unfriendly manner if it was OK that I paid 1 extra Euro. Sure, if she asked for 10 Euro, I will also pay for it (I am trying to be smart). When I paid the bill, the extra 1 Euro seems not included, which seems that the owner just wanna embarrassed me in front of other guests. — I have passed the English & German taught courses at the university level and I have a deep understanding of what is “Fabulous” (fabelhaft). This hotel has no public toilets and no indoor public area (if you wanna stay a bit longer after 11 am, then not this one)

Nice family run hotel, very kind owners, big, clean family room. Breakfast is also nice, tasty, quality products used. In the room there is a small cofee machine, small fridge, tea cups.

A fridge in the room could have been bigger.

The Hacienda is a very nice place. Good design, big room, a lovely garden. There is a bicycle garage and a very good breakfast.

The position is good if you have a car or bicycle. It is in a residential area, there is a bus stop in front of the Hacienda but it is not close to the center.

We felt like at home. Cozy, clean, very welcoming.

The breakfast buffet, served in a light, nice space, was amazing: full of fresh, local and healthy products.

Reception was unsatisfactory. No one welcomed us, the keys were left on the stairs, we only interacted with a voice through a speaker.
