In den Zimmern müsste noch etwas gemacht werden (viel zu weiche Matratze, Schimmel in Badfugen, Balkontür ließ sich kaum schließen, komischer Geruch)

Room

The room was very comfortable, with a balcony facing the forest. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. There was a large and extensive breakfast buffet and a lovely terrace.

No complaints!

The girls at the reception were super nice, also the cleaning ladies and the pool staff. We got a good sized bed with a modern bathroom and nice balcony (I think all rooms are the same - just balcony or terrace). The sauna area is really great and both the pools inside and out as well. Breakfast buffet was large with loads of selections. Every morning you'd get a flyer on your table telling you about the weather of the day, dinner specialities, events in town etc. Super informative. Billiard for free. Great parking right outside the door. Supermarket around the corner.

The staff in the restaurant was really slow and kind of ignorant. We waited ages for service, for our drinks, to order, for our food. Then we finally got the food but no cutlery so we had to wait longer for that while our food got cold on the table. Also in the evening people would move the tables around to sit together, but after the shift / before breakfast waiters would not put the tables back or clean them, so in the morning the guests had to start with moving around tables and wiping them off to be able to have breakfast outside. It is a shame for such a great hotel to have such a bad service in the otherwise nice restaurant.

Always a great place to return to. Nice comfy rooms, tasty breakfast, easy parking.

Amazing staff, really good breakfast and really nice internal swimming pool.

The room had a nice and clean size, but the beds were not quite comfortable, terrible pillows and the room was cold.

Food was really good and a lot of choice for breakfast

The hotel itself is a little outdated and there are no bath robes to walk down to the leisure center but these are just small things

I mostly liked the staff, they are wonderful people and always smiling. Very welcoming, make you feel at home

- Sauna and the swimming pool are great after a long hike. - Rooms have good sound isolation, they are big enough, warm and comfortable, with the carpet-like see surface everywhere. - location is surrounded by beautiful forest, with a lot different hiking options. - breakfast was nice, with a large variety of options

- The shower was not very comfortable, as the water flow was getting warm quite long, but still good enough for usage. - sadly, some facilities (like game room with billiard) are currently closed because of the pandemic, but it's not hotel's fault, ofc, just information for whom it could be an important criteria :)
