Great place besides the lake. Very nice staff. Value of money.

No place for vegan people, even though I was told there will be an options.

The price was a little less than usual but the hotel was above other hotels.

Beautiful location, excellent rooms and facilities, the lake is clean and so beautiful. the breakfast was good and the restaurant have good food, coffee and cakes. best value for the price.

Location of the hotel and restaurant terraces facing the lake. Staff, especially breakfast staff is very friendly. Breakfast buffet is rich and hearty. Honeymoon suite where we stayed two nights is spacious overlooking the lake, very clean and quiet. Guests seem to be mostly regulars.

Overnight stay is not suitable for those who are sensitive to smells, the restaurant is ubiquitous. Hot water circulation (heating and hot water in the bathroom) is completely switched off just before midnight. No problem for early risers or cold showers. However, the claim to sustainability has not been consistently implemented.

The location is great. The room is very nice

1. It was VERY cold in the room!!! I was freezing! 2 blankets helped to sleep, but showering was almost impossible because once I turned off the water I froze! 2. The breakfast isn't good. Nothing warm. The selection is very poor.

Nothing so special. First impression at reception was strange. She was not happy to welcome, could see in her face...would be my last option in this region.

The attitude of the lady in the reception. She was not welcoming...shouldn't be in service...may be she is not happy for what she is doing.

Close to the Leipnitzsee.

We still have nightmares about the depressing bird cage in the reception area. It is very sad, luckily the rooms are cleaned more often. #freethebirds

Lovely location, super friendly staff, great food. The staff pretty much only speak German and we hardly speak again, yet they made us feel very very welcome and did their best to give us what we wanted.

They did not reply to our e-mails before we went and i suspect it was because they did not understand them, perhaps google translate may help us next time.

A nice place near a lake with beautiful nature. There is a restaurant at the hotel so you can get dinner in the evening as well. Good choice for breakfast.

Wi-fi was not working properly during our stay.

I enjoyed the peaceful location of this hotel, and the comfort it afforded. I'm sorry I didn't book a longer stay here.

Female staff very grumpy and impertinent; male staff very friendly. Rooms in the adjacent guest house need renovation. Main building with reception , breakfast room and restaurant super dark and extremely old fashioned.

Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Practical and very attractive location with great views.

Room was a little on the small side. Although the bed was comfortable the bedding and pillows left a lot to be desired.

The surrounding was peace and beautiful. Restaurant was good, especially their desserts. The room was clean and elegant, and decorations inside and outside were special.

The desk is too small for me, with a laptop on it there was no much space left. It was not very quiet, as I could also hear noise from room and outside.

Pictures in the offering show old, stylish building, however we were placed into separate small house, which was not mentioned during reservation. Noise from the highway is a bit disturbing.

Never go to this hotel if you don't want to be cheated. They present their offer on multinational website as booking.com with information that has service in germany, english or even spanish. And thei speak english since you payed. I arrive there and pre paid staying. Women from reception told me that I coudl recived invoice on check out. When I checked out there was old women speaking only germany who tried to cheat me that I didnt payed day before. When I backed with card payment confirmation she told me "sorry". I payed by business card so I woudl like to recive invoice. Shw told me in germany that she doesnt understand. Took my visit care and even didnt gave me any recipt. Its almost week after. I tried to call them several times but they doesnt want to speak english and delayed calls. I even send they email in germany by google translator. Booking services call them but still nothing. This hotel its totaly unrecomended. They are cheaters and do their business out of tax law.

The location is beatifull, but there isn't nearby shops, cafes or restaurants that remain open till after 20:30. Including the restaurant inside the hotel. So, prepare yourself if you normally like to eat or drink something later in the night.
