Very good location and beautiful building, helpful staff at the reception, very well equipped room.

Problem with the air conditioner. It was leaking and was very loud. The window opened to the inside of the building, so there was no fresh air. The room was very shady too.

The location could not have been more perfect! The hotel is quaint and easily accessible. The bathroom was absolutely lovely.

The breakfast could have gone a bit later and the lack of elevator made moving luggage around difficult. It’s also unmanned after 4pm which isn’t convenient if you want an iron.

The breakfast was good , I wished for more vegan options.

1. Difficulty identifying the property from the street. It wasn't obvious, from the description at the time of booking, that all one can see of the hotel at street level is the entrance door; 2. The room was dark with only walls visible through the windows - this wasn't obvious from the description at the time of booking; 3. The instant coffee in the room (only Nescafe 3 in 1 available) - awful, especially for customers who don't want sugar; 4. no fresh milk and no information to say this would be the case. The receptionist offered us some the next morning, but this doesn't help when we've already bought some from a local grocer.

The position is the best one can hope for, in plain view of Charles' Bridge and a short walk from the castle. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great location right next to the Karlov bridge. Good breakfast and nice staff. The room is stylised as an antique. Very ambient and cozy. It was warm inside in february.

A bit dark inside. However, it didn't matter for us as we didn't spend daytime on the room

No elevator

The building and the location. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 am but it was all ready by 7.45 and we were allowed to start early.

The bath was cool in the evening. The reception was closed when we arrived at 6 pm. The curtains didn’t meet.

Excellent location at end of Charles Bridge. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Extremely helpful reception staff.

There was no elevator.

1) location is excellent. 2) Staff are supportive. 3) Bed is from Hästens and super comfortable 4) rooms have vintage wibe.

The hotel has a great location - several dozen meters from the Charles Bridge. It is very clean, well equipped. The breakfasts are also great: a large selection of products, delicious coffee. And most importantly: the staff is lovely - smiling, helpful.
