Very helpfull and polite staff, we got all information on trains and boats to Cinque Terre, they reserved a restaurant for us etc. Comfortable room, nice design. Very good dinner in the hotel. The hotel is close to the station and beachfront. Everything was perfect.

Staff (Laura/Chiara) at the front desk were extremely helpful and super friendly. They provided us with relative information about train and boat schedules, places that are a must to see, and what should be avoided. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff was always cheerful and available for assistance or for special requests. The accommodations were spotless and a change of towels/linen everyday during our 3-night stay. Hotel Carla is also situated very close to most important amenities, such as restaurants and food markets, waterfront and train station. Levanto, although not part of the Cinque Terre protected area, is only a short train ride away from the 5 towns. Parking was not a problem, even though there's a cost associated with the "cartella" which by the way is paid to the municipality of Levanto. While there's no water-specific view from our second floor unit, it did have a balcony to relax on and to sip wine while overlooking the nearby hillsides. Pretty at night with the lights I might add.

Breakfast with mimosas! Good location. We lost our train, but receptionist waited us till midnight.

We have booked three rooms, the one for 3 people were quite dirty and window was oriented to another window.

Wonderful staff. Very comfortable room. Nice atmosphere. We had trouble with a plug and that immediately called the electrician to fix it. Unusual as most hotels say yes we will fix that one day

The hotel has been renovated a while ago. It is nice and modern after the renovation. The versatility of the breakfast was a positive surprise. It was versatile and had bacon, scrambled eggs and fried eggs in addition to rolls and croissants. The hotel is located on a slope. It is uphill from the beach / center. But there is a downhill in the other direction :)

Lovely staff, wonderful rooms and the hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street. It is close to the beach, restaurants and the market.

great facilities, breakfasts and the complimentary towels and bike rental were very handy

unfortunately on our last day there was a female staff member who was quite aggressive and kept going on about returning a car park slip. she mentioned it 4 times as we were either stupid or were going to steal a piece of plastic. pity really, it ended our stay in a downer.

Neat rooms, good atmosphere, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The fact that bicycles were available to the hotel guest greatly improved our stay as the it allowed us to adventure to neighbouring cities idenpendently.

Great base for visiting the Cinque Terre, walking distance to the station and to the boat quay. Rooms not overly big, but clean and comfy. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good self-service breakfast options.
