Although slightly further out than I expected we still managed to enjoy our 2 night stay, easy walk to the beach with several restaurants and close to a city sightseeing bus tour, the Menu de Dia was excellent value, the starters were huge and would have liked to have seen a dessert menu rather than being told, it included a bottle of wine as well & that’s fantastic value at 22.00 euros Lovely friendly staff, large well equipped rooms and good free parking

Camera enorme con tavolino al centro e divano. Ottimi anche i servizi. Camere ristrutturate.

La posizione non è proprio vicina al centro ma comunque raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.

Very good parking garage. Centrally located. Comfortable bed.

Very poor WiFi. The elevators need some maintenance. Door to the patio/deck was hard to open.

Very close to the beach. Excellent hotel. Spotless clean and the front desk people are so helpful. All staff are so mannerly and efficient.

Bedroom and suite were excellent

Bedroom Balcony was filthy.

Enormous room (junior suite) with a separate bedroom, living area and balcony. Very close to the beach, some restaurants, about 20 mins walk from the old town centre. Outdoor parking for motorbikes. Use of neighbouring gym/sports centre.

The sofa in the living area wouldn't shut properly so you couldn't sit on it comfortably as it was stuck at an angle. During the opening hours of the sports centre, the balcony was very noisy.

Fantastic staff (both hotel and restaurant). Lovely big room. Great location for Santander's beaches. In its day this would have been a superb hotel, now it's looking a little tired but good value and we enjoyed our stay(and will book again)

Bedside lights were very loose and the balcony had a lot of bird poop on it.

The dinner was very good, but the breakfast was poor

No kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. Decor in the restaurant and reception was very dated

Nice clean hotel

Location, a bit far out of town and breakfast a rip off.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room well equipped & spotless. Lovely shower. Meals were excellent in terms of quality, quantity & cost.

Breakfast scrum competing against a coach load of pensioners (even older than us) as they rambled around deciding what to eat and drink and trying (unsuccessfully in the main) to work the coffee and juice machines. It was entertaining though and probably harder for the staff to cope with than us!!

Restaurant wasn’t open but it was probably my timimg! Couldn’t get a coffee only out of a machine which I personally don’t like!!

The rooms were so spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was so clean and the receptionists were outstandingly helpful.
