Nicely located on the sea front. Comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Easy to park (in low season at least) in a carpark nearby

Everything was perfect

The location is great an the hotel is brand new. Good rooms with the possibility to have 2 double beds in the same room. Pool area is very nice. We did not visit the Spa nor Gym as it costs 25 EUR to enter, we thought it was included in the room price when booking through Booking.com . The buffet is great and worth the price for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Staff super friendly and always looking to help you.

The hotel is new and modern and in a great location. Views were great. Bedding was comfortable and the room was very clean. Pool was nice as well.

Wifi did not work well and does not work in the rooms at all. Room was small. Shower door leaked.

We loved everything. The location of the hotel is perfect, right opposite the beach, and a short walk to the castle. Everything was amazing- the room, the view from the terrace, the comfy bed, the kind receptionists🙂

A great hotel, right opposite the beach. the staff where a credit to the hotel. the room was one of the best we have stayed in, the bed was huge and very comfortable better then our own.

Location was amazing, a short walk to the castle, across from the beach, lots of restaurants in the area. A very good breakfast buffet and our room had a wonderful view. The rooms are very well thought out and made for a very comfortable stay. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, highly recommend.

Clean en modern rooms. Close to the beach, shopping area and Peniscola castle. Exceptional buffet breakfast and dinner. Friendly staffs with good English.

Sometimes in a sudden came out the bad smells from nowhere we did not know where. It seems that the central ventilation sucks the bad smell from a kind of septic tank. We have reported this problem of rooms 303 and 302 to the receptionist. Hopefully the source of the problem can be identified soon and the problem resolved.

Everything was great. The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished. The staff were exceptional, everyone made an extra effort to be friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding and both the buffet breakfast and evening meal had a great selection. We particularly liked the grill choices which were cooked to order. This was our first trip to a hotel since covid and were a little nervous, but we were very impressed by the covid measures in place. Will definitely be repeating.

Friendly staff but not very professional, asked for pool towels they told only one left but when we pushed a bit up and suddenly there where more available. Place seems just to be opened and not very well managed. Zero instructions in the rooms how to contact reception desk, housekeeping, room service, how to do room to room calls, no emergency plans, etc, etc. We paid for 1 night for 2 rooms around 500 Euros which is well overpaid for the quality and service this hotel provides.
