Room a bit dated

Thought the breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly & helpful 😊

In the room, the fridge could be a little smaller as took up space next to the bedside table which was very close to the bed as a result, Perhaps also include a small semi skimmed milk (1 pint) in place of the UHT milk pots which are not so good for recycling.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Good overall service. Walking distance to Cliffs Pavilion (which is specifically why we were there). Didn't actually have drinks there, but bar prices were really reasonable.

Actually a guest house, rather than a hotel. Tiny bit dated. Shower holder loose, and couldn't be tightened, so unable to direct shower head properly. Duvet far too thick/warm - we stayed beginning of May - don't know if lighter duvets are provided during the warmer months.

Lovely welcome on Friday night. Attentive staff, superb location near to the sea, and superb breakfast!

radiator didn't work in the room or bathroom but we dad portable radiators which did the job!

Staff in the hotel were very friendly. The one evening meal I had was excellent, within reach of town for bus travel and train station.

We were upgraded to an apartment suite free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was superb All the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was brilliant

We were very happy with our stay, but feel that a little more attention to detail could have been given to cleaning of the apartment. This is an observation and not a complaint.

Easy check in, good location, good breakfast, nice room.
