After initial mix up over single or double room everythoing was fine. Clise to station, 10 min walk to town centre. Very quite. Good breakfast.

Big room, comfy bed, powerful shower. Great location and good communication

Room was dirty. Under the sofa hadn't been cleaned in months. Power socket only on 1 side of the bed. Staff came into my room at 9.30am even though checkout is at 11 and I hadn't handed my card back. So they walked in when I was in the shower. Very unnecessary. When I went downstairs to check out they wouldn't hear the complaint or about the fact the room wasn't clean. Gave up and left

I enjoyed its proximity to the train station, the comfort of the bed and room finishings. I liked parts of the breakfast. The relaxation room was my favourite place in the hotel. I also liked that the hotel had a small kitchen to store and heat up food. Super practical.

I didn't like that when I arrived there were no staff members at reception as they were understaffed. This made me feel uneasy and also unsafe as a woman because I wanted to spend some time in the sauna and had to wonder about who else was in the building. I didn't like that some of the breakfast was stale and probably there for a couple of days as there weren't a lot of visitors.

Dinner could have been better, but was OK

Thin curtain that lets early sunshine to enter. A bit aged (but clean) shower facilities.

Breakfast was extensive and had lots of choices. The room we had was big and beds were comfortable. Check out was quick and easy. Sauna and relaxation room is very nice after a day being out.

TV reception was terrible in our room.

Right across the street from the railway station. Good size room and bathroom. Evening meal was included. Room key was in a box by the entrance, so I could check in before the reception opened. I was asked on the arrival day what I wanted for breakfast and what time, so I had a rich morning meal, with also hot courses.

Modern days´ need for many power outlets not quite fulfilled. Better light by the desk would be nice. Limited choice of tv-channels.
