За два дня до этого мы с семьёй отдыхали в отеле Fortezza Beach Resort Hotel, поэтому я во многом сравниваю отель Kustur с ним. Плюсы отеля Kustur: - Вкусная еда: вкусные, не пересолёные сыры; вкусная рыба на гриле - Комфортный и приятный номер: свой вход с улицы, первый этаж, небольшой бассейн прямо рядом с номером - Очень приятная территория: много зелени, цветов, белок - Чуть дешевле - Теннисный корт: нелохое покрытие для корта у отеле, хорошая разметка

- Команда анимации: - аниматор в детском клубе не очень энергичная и активная, часто дети были предоставлены сами себе; но дочь радовалась аквагриму - это плюс; - вечерние шоу не самые интересные: конкурсы на мисс и мистера отеля меня совсем не заинтересовали; - несколько раз я хотел обратиться к аниматору насчёт большого тенниса и не находил никого в аниматорской будке. - На площадке для пляжного волейбола я играл в волейбол босиком и подцепил несколько заноз от каких-то колючек. - На корте мячи периодически укатывались в дырку под заградительным забором, причём бегать за укатившимися мячами довольно далеко из-за расположения корта.

The room is specious and very clean. The food was generally very good. If it's not a windy day, the sea is even better than the pools. Waterpark was real fun. The evening shows were generally well prepared. The staff was very kind.

Wi-fi was terrible within the room when the doors and windows closed. Also mobile internet was not an option, even though I have roaming package it only had enough signal for edge connection. It's advertised to have a kids club but it's more of a nursery. We expected to have something suitable for our 6 and 8 yo kids but that wasn't the case.

We liked the entertainment, the pools and the surrounding - there was lots of greenery, trees and squirrels. The personal at the restaurants were very polite and friendly.

My brand new car was hit by a car next to mine and security explained to me that it wasn't the car next to mine. The behavior of one of the employees was unprofessional. If you visit the hotel, don’t travel with your car.

the breakfast was delicious. the locate is near to the city. the staff were great and hospitable. the poor was nice and clean. the rooms look like village. the meals are delicious and diverse.

the time of lunch and dinner was very limited.

-the perfect place that you don't need to leave if you want to have a relaxing holiday -the all inclusive board and the food options are excellent and has intensive selection -different kinds of pools, especially the turquoise pool and its surroundings in the back part

-the daily cleaning could be better -the seashore is not very big, but at least it has direct access from the hotel through a tunnel, and they have sun beds and beach umbrellas for your use (free-of-charge), and some possibilities for water activities -the spa services are quite expensive

Great complex, loved the main pool area and going for nice walks around the complex. Great, fresh vegetables and fish served daily. Amazing entertainment team, super friendly with right mixture of different nationalities.

Wifi needs improving. Very inconsistent from day to day.
