Ben collegata e vicina al circuito.

La doccia presentava della ruggine, mentre il phone era inutilizzabile nel muro c’era una buco. Probabilmente qualcuno ha tirato il cavo.

Everything about the hotel is magic. It is one of the best family hotels we have ever stayed at. There is so much for children to do, the staff are fantastic, the food is amazing. It’s really the best holiday experience for families.

La taille de l’appartement, je pensais être dans une chambre d’hôtel et j’ai eu un appartement 2 pièces tout équipé, frigo, micro-onde, machine à laver.

Très bruyant, voie ferrée juste à côté. Une fenêtre dans la chambre n’avait ni volet, ni rideau. La literie très moyenne. Rien pour accrocher ses vêtements dans la salle de bain. Hôtel dédié aux familles avec enfants en bas âges, avec une multitude d’activités dédiées aux enfants, du coup pas adapté à notre séjour.

Schneller Check in, Dusche war tiptop, relativ grosser Fernseher, kostenloser Wasser- und Sodaspender, echt cool!

Die Türe isoliert garnichts, im Zimmer roch es komisch, aber der Geruch im Gang ist noch etwas schlimmer, nicht ao schlimm, man hält sich ja auch nich im Gang auf :-), die Parkplatz situation ist mühsam niemand konnte mir auskunft geben, den Empfang schulen wäre keine schlechte idee.

It was friendly. The entertainment was super. Family oriented place.

Localization was ok. Staff in reception was nice, when they were present.

My stay was in January. Unfortunetly there was very cold in the hotel. The corridor where my room (241) was, was very cold - no heating. In my room there was a mould in the bathroom, old dust (2cm) on the ceiling fan, there was leakage from shower, electrical heating in the bathroom falling from the wall and heated only for some time - it was cold in the night. But that would be nothing compared of the air condition in my room. The room was cold, despite I programmed aircoindition for 24oC it was max 20-21 oC in my room. At 5 o'clock in the morning aircondition started to do a VERY loud sound! I asked in the morning the reception to fix it. Next night it suddenly went OFF, (reception was closed in the night) and when is start working again with a very loud sound - I coudln't sleep, I had to settle lawest temperature - than the sound was the lightest. I am very disapointed that hotel didn't do anything with this problem, especcialy that we had one spare room booked, because one person couldn't come, and hotel didn't propose me that room. They didn't propose anything for this inconveniences.

Location perfect! Breakfast was great, not short of anything. Everything delicious. Had such variety. Entertainment for families was wonderful.

No complaints. Happy with service and everything.

The staff were hugely welcoming and very friendly.

unfortunately the two rooms we requested to be together were in two different blocks - as the hotel was full. the hotel itself is a bit tired, but that didn’t take anything away from our stay. it is a fantastic hotel for families with small children, it’s got absolutely everything for small children - and very loud!

We always stay here on our way to Greece, the staff are brilliant, very helpful. Rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything is excellent

We stay here when travelling between the UK and Turkey, its not too far from the ferry port. The hotel is clean, comfortable and warm. Staff are great. When the restaurant is open, it isn't open during the winter months, the food is great.

There's nothing we don't like here.
