Muy viejo y con olor. Deben ser nuevos propietarios que van renovando poco a poco...paredes de Pladur sin terminar de instalar en el desayuno, sin pintar parte del hotel, escaleras muy inclinadas, las zonas comunes fatal, la habitación ya estaba renovada y bastante bien aunque faltaban remates.

The room was clean and had fresh bed linen and towels. Everything was provided. Staff excellent and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The breakfast was delicious & served with a smile by lovely friendly staff. I had a freshly cooked mushroom & cheese omelette, toast, a pot of coffee, orange juice & a yogurt. There was also a selection of breakfast cereals & fruit available. I had a huge ensuite room with comfortable beds, nice bedside lighting & a giant TV. The tray in my room had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk & good quality biscuits, which were much appreciated.
I had sent a message in Booking.com app asking to ensure there was someone on reception at 10pm (which was not outside hours) but when I got there, it was locked & I had to call. Luckily my phone had signal - if I had not had a phone, I would have been locked out. The hotel really needs a door buzzer if reception is going to be closed!
There was construction going on in the interior & exterior of the hotel buildings, including right outside my window. Luckily this was during the day while I was out so it didn’t disturb me too much.
Although my room was comfortable and clean, the ensuite bathroom has no windows or working ventilation, and so it had a slight mould problem and smelt bad, which needs fixing.

Blinds on windows do not work. Shower door falling off. Breakfast staff could not get order correct and extremely slow.

The sink was licking, I talked to a lady from the staff, she said she would bring someone but never came back.

A single room, clean and tidy, breakfast not large but enough to start the day, location is good for the town Centre and plenty of parking.

poor and very limited choice at breakfast. no offer of assistance with bags despite room being in a different building and up steep flight of stairs and at the end of a long corridor. poor signage meaning hotel difficult to find.

Room very cold. Staff not very welcoming. Full English breakfast was very poor. No bacon 1 sausage 1 egg 1 hash brown 1 tomato . No mushrooms or black pudding. 2 inch strip of some sort of meat . Never going back.

The check in was not very inviting, given verbal instructions to room, in another building. Not made to feel very welcome
Sign not visible from the road, unclear which building. Very unpleasant and rude neighbours

The double room we booked was nice and big, with a sofa and recently refurbished bathroom, which was very modern and smart. The car park was adjacent the hotel and felt secure and easy to access.
The bathroom mats had holes in them, the toilet brush was missing a handle, the sofa imploded when it was sat on. The staff were functional, but not particularly friendly.
The external signage to the hotel should be made clearer, perhaps removing some the growing shrubs around the sign.
The single room was small and felt a bit dingy, but was fully functional.

Very clean, nice big room, nice bathroom and nice staff
For the money not much, the sausage and bacon with the breakfast was ok and could be improved but on the second morning i requested two egg instead of the sausage and bacon and all was good.

The shower was broken, the bedding had a few rips in it, the room had a few dints in the walls and also quite a lot of marks on them.
