a good overnight stop. restaurant in hotel was good.

the parking was free but just on streets around the hotel.

Easy to find. Fabulous staff. Very large rooms, clean, quiet and well appointed. The restaurant serves excellent food and is very popular with the locals.

The hotel has no dedicated parking. Narrow staircase.

One waitress in particular, was most unhelpful, we understood most items on the menu, which was only in French. She deliberately refused to make any attempt to help.

No one to let us in on arrival - Monday - and no notification that we would need a door code to access reception where our room key was waiting for us. Sheer luck that someone else who knew the code appeared to let us in.

Some confusion about paying. Staff seemed to think they could add the cost of the evening meal to the bill - it turned out thgat the could not. As we left before breakfast we did not see anyone. They then tried to chase payment rather than just asking, including adding the cost of breakfast which we did not have. All a simple enough mistake, but not quite what we wanted or expected
