Very good location. The room was spacy, the beds were okay in terms of comfort. Sheets and towels were clean, wifi signal was okay. The staff was kind and helpful.

The furniture in the room was very old (all wooden) and had a funny smell. The bathroom floor was uneven and dangerous: there must be a contrasting colour (a sticker or something) on the floor to indicate the step. The kettle, WC paper holder and the grab bar in the bathtub were broken. I don't mind the old-school decoration, but it needs general renovation.

Staff was helpful. Location is great.

Room facilities are pretty bad. Parking space is not actually a parking area and it was full. Needed to park in front of the apartment, to the street side.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room cleaning service was exceptional!! They cleaned our room thoroughly everyday. And the person cleaning our rooms was very friendly and welcoming. He definitely made the hotel ratings higher! The hotel is in a very good location. It's close to shops and restaurants and the US embassy. Everything we needed was in a 10min walk. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable and the bathroom was big with good lighting and nice mirrors.

The breakfast could have been better with more options like more fresh fruits, hot cereal, pancakes and waffles. But the staff was very nice and helpful and refilled food items that were finished. They greeted us in the morning and made breakfast a more pleasant experience 💚

I specifically asked for a room with strong Internet... it wasn't strong. Also the bathroom was a bit dirty and stinky. Everything else was okay.

everything was good, personal so nice, we came early but we could stay in hotel since morning(usually check in after 2pm, we were tired and manager made check in at 8am) ! thanks for that , very recommend this place for staying in Ankara, center so close
