Excellent plush room with a really comfy bed. I had the balcony which was good to sit at night with a view of the cathedral. Good restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. Safe, secure parking beneath hotel for my motorbike.

Lovely central hotel for seeing the city Room with balcony with fabulous view of the Abbey.

On site parking and walking distance to the center of the city is what made this an attractive option for us. The room was spacious by French standards as was the bath. It was our best rooms out of 12 different hotels in the $90-$140 price range. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I stopped by to look it over and there were scrambled eggs and bacon and all the normal French items to eat. We just wanted to do a little exploring that morning.

The staff were helpful and check in was very efficient for a group. Pre booked dinner was excellent and we were asked where we would like to eat and chose to eat on the terrace overlooking the Abbey. Nothing was too much trouble. Some of the group enjoyed the swimming pool

Free parking was a bonus as most Best Western hotels have a surcharge. Room was clean and well laid out but the shower area is an disgrace. Bed linen in Europe is always a let down, doonas on a bed during summer makes you wonder whether the Hotel staff really care about the customer. It requires the aircon on max if one is able to sleep with a doona on during the summer. Since no top sheet is provided then you either turn the aircon to zero deg C or fry under the doona.

The shower area is badly designed and constructed, the shower water flows all over the floor in the bathroom. The shower area needs a raised lip to stop water flooding the entire bathroom.
