Quick check-in, the guest house is close to the railway station and a few supermarkets, and the shopping mall and main city center around 15 minutes walk you can also get the no 8 bus to Santa village close by. The airport bus stop is around 15 minutes walk. The guest house has a shared kitchen.

Everything about this lovely guest house was top notch. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, wonderful staff, and convenient location. Having a kitchen available where we could cook/prepare our own meals was an added bonus and saved us a lot of money!

The location is not in the centre of the town - about a 15 - 25 minute walk away depending on conditions, but only ten minutes f4rom the supermarket, train station and bus to Santa Village. This was no proble at all for us but probably good to know.

Warm, comfortable and clean guesthouse, very helpful staff and a really good buffet breakfast. Rooms are basic but warm and clean. There is a communal kitchen for use. Location is good - beside a supermarket and train station (and Santa bus stop) and 10-15 mins walk to shopping mall and museums and the walk along the river. The rate was very favourable compared to other hotels in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended.

The personnal is nice and hospitable with good tips. The room was quite simple but clean! The breakfast was correct

old and a lot of noises their is a constructionsite directly behind the hotel who make a lot of noise. When you are in your room you hear everything what is going in the floor.

Very friendly guys working here. It's just a very short walk from both Train and Bus station (less than 5 minutes). The building is a bit older and so the rooms are old-fashioned as well. But in a good quality! The breakfast was okay. Three different marmelades, different cheese, of course karjalanpiirakka (typical Finnish food) bread, eggs and so on. But for 8 Euro in Finland ok ;-)

The walls and windows were very thin! Good for me: The road Asemieskatu has no big traffic during the night! And the guest were very quite the night I spent there so I didn't need the ear plugs.

I asked for help to find a taxi to the airport and was set up with a taxi that charged 34 euros for 11 min ride

Location was very close to the train station. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly. The woman at the reception let me in when I arrived at 11 am, and immediately cleaned my room when I arrived.

During the cleaning (11-12 am) the ventilation system made a slightly annoying noise. It was completely silent during the mornings and nights, so it was not a problem.
