Great choice of buffet and menu. Peaceful setting around courtyard garden.

Hotel decoration is now looking a bit tired and could do with freshening up, but that is only visual. All the rest is super.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Swimming pool and a welcome drink was a nice added bonus.

Hotel was used as a stop before an early morning flight however it is still a couple of KMs away, meaning that walking is not possible and you are forced to get an overpriced taxi. Reception staff are also some of the rudest I have come across. Repeatedly ignored and not at all made to feel welcome. When telling them that the main bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, they simply shrugged their shoulders and did nothing about it.

Nobody speaks english, water in the bathroom was leaking. it was everywhere in the morning.

Stayed for a single night as we had an early morning flight. It's not far from the airport and convenient for an overnight stay. Clean, modern, and fresh hotel.

Before checking in there was a large group (50+) of Korean tourists. The poor receptionist was left alone juggling the check-in while numerous staff who could have helped just walked past. We waited 30+min to check in due to this. We weren't in a rush, but the staff should have been more collegial to one of their overworked colleagues!

There was not wifi service during our entire stay. The hotel is very isolated. There are not restaurants, supermarkets, etc around.

The room itself was fine and had everything I needed.

Was charged considerablely more than expected due to not paying by credit card. If paying by debit card or in pesos you will pay a much higher rate. No free drink on arrival as others mentioned previously. Had an early morning flight yet no breakfast box offered. Taxi they ordered for me to the airport charged me double what I paid going the opposite way the night before.

I liked the breakfast and the room, it was comfortable. The staff was very friendly specially during breakfast time. Hotel provided a free complementary drink.

The hotel floors are distributed in a kind of zigzag pattern, several twists and turns to reach the room. Nothing really bad, but it was a bit annoying. One can tell the Hotel is old, the wear and tear of some hotel parts is visible. Restaurant prices were pricey, so I had to order outside via a delivery app. I had to sign a form to release the hotel from any responsibility derived from the food I ordered. Understandable though.

Good location and facilities

They overcharged us for our stay and the ignored our request for a refund. I subsequently found this has happened to other guests. Be sure to check your bill before you leave.
