unique and charming accommodation with lovely views overlooking El Golfo. Everything provided to self cater and loved the shower. Restaurant choices only a short walk away too.

It’s very cute, full of nice details, it has a yoga room, and a massage room. Plus you can see the ocean.

Very peaceful place! It is a great spot to get some rest and nicely located to easily discover the island of El Hierro. The Yoga classes with Maria were fantastic!

We loved our stay at El Sitio and cannot recommend it more highly. It's a beautiful space, and the staff were welcoming and friendly with lots of helpful suggestions. Our apartment was cosy and clean. The garden is beautifully maintained and there are lots of communal areas for sitting outside, as well as a beautiful yoga and meditation space where we took part in a fantastic yoga class. It's within easy reach of a number of restaurants, shops and great swimming places. A great base for exploring the island. And very good value.

I loved the calm and beautiful wiev. Apartment was clean, cosy and warm. Host was wonderful. I tasted also local beer and it was super tasty. We became friends with a cat, which name I forgot... All great! Thank you. :)

It’s beautiful, well decorated and has all the needed kitchen utensils and more.

Bed was so uncomfortable (and also 2 individual matresses put together rather than a real double bed). In our opinion the property would work better as a hotel. On the contrary, as an apartment, there is no cleaning and the place has so many insects!! Our room was full of flies, mosquitos and moths. It got uncomfy. Staff only shows up a couple of mornings per week. They were friendly though.

The location and the outside space! When we first got there it was raining and foggy and we couldn't really see much. But when the weather got better we were treated to a spectacular view and such great outdoor terraces to sit and relax!! Hygiene: very good Kitchen had everything you need. Room: very nice They did put incense in the room which smells quite strong, we're not really fans of that smell but we put it outside, problem solved. We'd definitely go back!

There is not microwave

Very beautiful setting, the houses are very cute and well equipped. I didn’t see any staff during my stay apart from at check-in, so couldn’t really get any advice or assistance, although that was alright for me, some guests might like more attention. As they say there’s hardly any wifi or phone reception, but it’s nice to be disconnected! All in all a good stay.

Could be good to refill the water bottles in the room or at least tell you how to do so.

El Sitio is very well located near La Frontera. The staff is very friendly and we recommend you book a massage after a good hike. A great combination!

We loved our little casita “Salmor”. It had everything we needed including a completely private little walled garden, outdoor table, very functional kitchenette, comfortable beds, thoughtfully provided dressing gowns, etc etc. After 6 weeks of travelling it was really nice to be able to make ourselves “at home”. There was good wifi available in the reception/shared kitchen area but not in the casitas, and we appreciated being able to switch off the www and just enjoy our quiet time. Sabina and her staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed a hatha yoga class in the upstairs yoga room which was good and a massage with Sabine which was AWESOME and much needed. El Sitio was very clean and comfortable with great attention to small, creative details. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
