Towels at the pool, now drinks available at the pool, the one pool was nice but the other one very unwelcoming and sterile.

Comfortable room

It doesn't have access to the beach. There's a beach nearby but there are barriers preventing the entrance near the hotel, a 10 min walk is needed to the entrance of the beach park. We were dropped at the entrance of the hotel by the hotel shuffle service. There's no elevator to the lower floor where 2 restaurants are located. We had a baby on a stroller so it was annoying to climb up and down the stairs with the stroller.

Great pool for kids. Room and bed comfortable. Lovely views, especially from seaview room with bathtub. Good spa experience.

During summer holiday in China it was really busy. Morning buffet noisy and stressful. Pool area not clean (people leaving their garbage and unfortunately their cigarettes stumps everywhere, so sad especially since this seems to be a family hotel with so many kids playing everywhere). We were disturbed twice in the evening at almost 9pm and 10pm by a phone call from the reception and ring at the door eventhough we asked not to, because we were traveling with a baby who went to sleep early (he woke up both times and we had to start sleeping routine all over).
