The staff was super nice, polite and always wanted to help us. It's clear that they value the guests and really care about their stay. We enjoyed the room a lot, it was comfy, very clean, practical and quite big, plus on our window view we could see the BRASOV sign on the mountain, which also lights up at night.

Close to train station, good price, has a fridge

Wifi didnt work, only 1 plug in the whole room (that I found) so if you want both the fridge, bed lights and chargers in, you have to choose one. I came with a romanian friend (who wasn’t staying) and the woman on reception spoke only to her in romanian, didn’t speak to me in english at all although I was the guest and the one paying for the room. Good for a night tho.

Good location near the new center and it's fairly easy to get anywhere from there. Rooms are spacey and offer a desk and a fridge which is nice. The view is ok.

Even though it was less than 10 degrees outside they refused to heat up the room. Overheard the owner talking badly about customers simply because they wanted to leave at 8 am.

We had small issues with the shower but all was fixed with no real hustle

The owner was very kind with us. We were biking through Transilvania, which implies some logistic challenges. The owner made them easy thanks to her help. Thanks a lot!
