The location is excellent, right on the Calungute-Baga road! The private access to the beach is a big advantage! There is parking available, so for people who drive to Goa, that's great!

The rooms could be much better. The toilets are just about OK. They dont even given good linen. The AC makes too much noise. There are frequent power cuts. The wifi just does not work, nor do you get regular mobile internet. The breakfast is very ordinary.

Location was good Beach access though private way is an advantage Staff can be more polite, even after paying 50K immediately one representative was OK to pay remaining next day, another representative talked badly and forced to pay everything immediately

1:- Breakfast has limited options, Should have more options 2:- My room 84 which was allotted to me doesn't had appropriate bathroom 3:- Room 84 AC was stopped working, being a hotel they were unable to fix it in more than 24 hours, which is surprising, though i got an alternate room, but in Hotel Industry such arrangements rather than getting problem fixed quickly shows bad management 4:- There is no Tandoor in resort, We can't order Naan or any tandoori dish, its a major drawback

location is great, service is okay, food is not good at all, breakfast options were very poor, concierge service is pathetic, reception staff are not helpful and hospitable, support staff at room and restaurant were good. Pictures are not the true to the way the place looks and is built.

I liked the location and the property was just awesome in Calangute and Baga beach. it’s connected directly to beach and have football court and volley ball court. The room size is quite good. the surroundings are awesome of property full of greenery.

the internet in the property was horrible. The signal was breaking after every 5min. Most of the facility was under maintenance. like spa, pool etc. We paid for those, and we did not expect such a poor facility.

Poor variety of breakfast, stray dogs in property, absence of proper lighting in the room, for drinking water one has to ask multiple times.

The beach is a hop, skip and a jump away! The premium room we had was fairly comfortable.

Where do I begin? I have yet to come across a more surly front office staff (evening shift) in all my hotel stays, ever The chef has a severely limited repertoire when it comes to a breakfast buffet. A la carte might require the chef to refer to recipe considering the long wait. The result isn't exciting. It was likely the room wasn't inspected before the guest visit; AC didn't work, intercom didn't work,(we were shifted to a new room), Wi-Fi didn't work, too many stray dogs within the premises. Felt they belonged, we didn't. Staff didn't seem too bothered. We enquired for a cup of coffee before breakfast hours; response was to make it ourselves in our room. This claims to be a 4-star!! Used cups are rinsed, not washed, but in the toilet, not too far from the toilet bowl you just used. It's a great place so along as you have poor standards and lower expectations. The management is a little deluded in calling this property a 4-star. It has a potential to be far better but someone somewhere has to wake up and get behind the wheel.
