All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel so welcomed staying there. the place is right opposite public transport so very convenient.

The room is really small, I barely have space to put my luggage. the shower area is small to the point that I can’t move around much. the facilities are very basic, they gave multiple-purpose shower/hair wash. There aren’t convenient stores that opens till late afternoon, so i just wish they provide more essential items you since it’s not very easy to buy. i wish breakfast has more variety for its price.

Great location, good food, really friendly staff, cheap parking, beautiful view, everything was comfortable because there were tables everywhere so we never had to wait for a table to eat and they even had an ice cream shop with terrace in the back of the hotel open untill late at night. We loved it!

all porfect

The location was perfect, right in front of the lake and close to the climb up to the church and botanical garden. Location wise it could not have been better!

The room was very dark and slightly claustrophobic. Only a small window leading to the staircase coming up. The facilities were fine (small kitchenette attached), but we did not want to spend any time in the room, other than to sleep.

We liked the room and the view but it’s right at the street and in the morning they were unloading stuff 😥

Close to all the restaurants

The Location is amazing and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. The staff is very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is huge. The view to the lake is amazing. Oh and although we arrived late on the arrival day they still prepared us delicious Pizza for dinner👍🍕

The bathroom was separate (no direct connection to the room), and the facilities are a bit old. But alltogether nothing really to complain about.

Very central hotel, the room was decent size and clean. The restaurant has a great italian menu. The breakfast was also great. The people are super friendly and helpful. There is bus stop infront of rhe hotel to travel to Lugano or Melide.

In the 2 split level room, in the upper part where the bed is, the roof windows are not able to open to refresh the room air.

It’s right in the centre of Morcote. The staff are very friendly, the property is clean and the food is great.

The restaurant outside (by the lake) is always full and even as a hotel guest it’s difficult to reserve a table. There are no lifts to the rooms and the staircase approach is not straightforward.
