The property is really good and suitable for families. It's easily accessible to many places including beach. I recommend this place for a longer stau when you visit Balaton. The staff are really nice and helpful. They even helped us in our travel and exploring near by places.

There could have been lock to the bedroom door for more privacy.

Perfect for traveling with friends. Very clean and the responsible guy was always available to help. Whatever you need, you can find it there. 4 bikes and so many other things.

It is next to the railway and consequently it is a little bit noisy

The location is close to the railways, but the widows are strong so you dont hear it inside the appartment. But if you are a light sleeper, that might be an issue. Otherwise the location is great and tbe house is located in the woods/lots of greens, with the real holiday-ish touch, so really enjoyable, and you have the bbq equipments there, the water matters, so perfect for bike/water kind of holidays, and the city is nice, you can walk all way long by the lakeside. Despite the minor kitchen/wifi issues, the place is great and tidy.

The shared kitchen is small, but effective. It gets busy if 2 or 3 appartments decide to make breakfast at the same time. The cooking plates are really old and slow, so it takes a bit longer to cook your food (the water boilerer helps a lot), and the wifi was going up and down for some time. The upper appartnents have a wooden terrace, which looks great, but also it can be loud (one night the youngsters decided to dance..horrible), and one day it was raining hard, so the next morning the terrace of the appartments downstairs was all wet, so no chance of enyoing the outside terrace before the wood dries up.
