facilities, pool being out of order and not informing their guests, bed, ripped bed sheets, pillows, quality of sleeping, no toilet paper, dirty aircon, the accommodation itself is not what is shown on the picture

We had a balcony with a pool view . Location to the village of St Cyprien and Latour Bas Elne was perfect. Spacious apartment.

The upstairs bathroom did not have a toilet. The toilet was on the ground floor and did not have a wash hand basin in it.

. + extremely helpful and nice staff! BIG THANKS again for everything! + great communication and easy check-in / check-out + well minded, very clean and well equipped apartment (fridge, 2-zone induction hob, cutlery+some pans, etc.) + private parking with a gate (code provided) + swimming pool and other facilities like ping pong table, sauna (closed), etc. (we haven't used that but it did look great indeed) + the network of biking tracks around + a sitting area in front with the table and chairs; and a water tap! - great for cleaning dirty stuff outside and VERY clever! + very calm atmosphere but that was most likely due to the time of the year we've visited the place and general mood in regards to Common Overreactions Very Intensely Debated at that time + plenty of options to source groceries and everything else around - Casino, Lidl, Intermarche.. in Elne also L'eclerc, and Vincoer Catalan! worth a visit 100%

. - the mattress was quite soft and worn in the middle but that was expected - WC down the stairs right next to the kitchenette was not ideal but it was most likely the only place to keep the size of the apartment in reasonable limits (also the fans did not work); I would exchange the bath for just a shower and put a toilet there but, well, we were in France... ;) - that would also leave a little more space for just a slightly bigger kitchenette... because, well, we were in France! :D and that means great food (...and a lot of it) and great wine (..well, plenty of that too!)
