Very clean and good location. Quick check in. Very quiet.

No basics like salt, pepper,sugar, soap,etc. No channel on TV in English. Most places have at least one, usually CNN.

Clean, good location for skiing. Beautiful view. Perfect for our group.

Problem was language barrier if you only speak English! Hard to communicate. We were surprised when checking out that they only took cash. She couldn’t communicate this when we checked in when I was showing a credit card. I thought it was already paid for because it was no refundable. This was my frustration with Booking.com and not feeling like that was made clear. We didn’t have any soap in the room and and the rooms were so hot we had to leave windows open…. really hot! She said she had to adjust it but never did.

We loved everything about it. Free parking in front, bath, amazing views, very close to shops, pet friendly. Unfortunately some mountain activities were not opened yet, but we drove 20 minutes, on the german side and went up on the mountain with Zugspitzbahn, at Zugspitze. The highest mountain in Germany (2960 m). Absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely come again 💜

They accept cash only. I had to find an ATM, do two separate transactions, which meant that I paid fees two times. Plus the ATM gave a ridiculous exchange rate. It was pretty inconvenient and costly.

Beds could be slightly more comfortable. But other than that nothing at all that I disliked.

We hadn't a terasse ,that was very pitty because all the other rooms had a terrace.So we couldn't stay outdoor by this beautifull weather.

The apartment was very comfortable with a fantastic view over the valley to the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Great area to walk and just a short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped. We spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. We look forward to returning again soon!

Warmest welcome by the owners made us feel right at home. They actively asked during the stay if everything was ok, and it definitely was! Great location in Lermoos with a beautiful view on Zugspitz mountain. Grubigstein lifts and slopes on walking distance as well as supermarket and restaurants. Appartement was fully furnished with all the utilities included. The bed was comfy and the shower nice and warm, which is all you need after a rewarding day on the mountain!

It is a very nice place to stay. It was completely renewed.

Breathtaking location, I took tens of pictures of the view from our balcony, hope it stays with me forever. Accommodation is right by cross country skiing. Two groceries stores within minutes walk. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to cook for the family. Water kettle and coffee maker with plenty of filters provided. Bring the rest :)

We had small issues communicating with the host about needing extra trash bags, toilet paper and clean towels which were remediated once we messaged through booking. Minuscule soap bars, bring your own.
