Great location with 2 pools & across the road from the lake. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful. The hotel had a very relaxed vibe. Great value for money.

The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food and beverage. The dining room and patio provided ample room with a great view.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. Very clean. The pools were exceptional.

The bed was so uncomfortable, so hard. I woke up with a back ache. I will not stay here again because of the bed.

This hotel has an excellent position on the lake shore. The hotel was spruce and clean and professionally run. It has nice views of lake from some rooms. A nice well kept 3 star hotel which has its own restaurant.

Nothing. It is a good 15 minute walk into the town this is trade off for lovely lake view.

The hotel looks very good, it is clean, the pool is tidy, the beach is over the road, good breakfast, the ladies at the reception are nice. Rooms quite small, price a bit high.

we served dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel restaurant. It was not communicated at the reception that I have to make a reservation for the restaurant so I was surprised to come across two grumpy waiters, who brought the order very late. the portions are very small, the food is not very tasty, everything is very expensive. I do not recommend the hotel restaurant. In the following evenings we had dinner at the restaurants in the port where the atmosphere is pleasant and the food tasty.

Location and swimming pools

The property is very outdated and the room wasn't very clean, which on itself is already a problem, never mind during COVID times...

The restaurant was absolutely terrible. The food was pretty poor and the waiting staff simply didn't care, doing the sub standard food onto the table, asking questions they had to ask and then walking away without listening to the answers (in Italian or English). It was quite surreal. Whole you're eating the bang and crash around like stroppy teen-agers, and even when my partner politely informed them that the fish was off they just walked off without responding. I've no idea why the hotel just doesn't bother with having a decent restaurant, because a tiny effort would make a world of difference! As it stands it turns the hotel from 9/10 to 6 or 7/10. If you want to have a nice time, eat elsewhere!

Nice position along the lake. Nice staff. Plenty of parking.

Rooms were supposed to be park view, but there is no park. The view was of an interior courtyard. Room dull.

Perfect and quiet with nice garden in the back, 2 swimming pools and in front of the lake. 10 min. walk from the historic center.

Staff was not very talkative
