The location and accommodation were quite nicely balanced in quality/money ratio.
The description might give an idea that jacuzzi is private but it is shared. If you want to use the kitchen (what is quite obvious since brekfast is not included) you are required to pay 20€ extra if you don’t clean the kitchen.

Appartamento carino , e accogliente, prezzo leggermente più basso della media per essere in costiera anche se è bassa stagione
Tassa di soggiorno scritta a 1 euro su booking ma poi il proprietario ha voluto 2 euro a notte ! Parcheggio a 500 metri a piedi facendo 100 scalini e a 20 euro al giorno " facendomi bene " non 15 come scritto, nell' appartamento metà armadi sono chiudi a chiave quindi non si può mettere i vestiti e le proprie cose , GRAVE MANCANZE di scopa , paletta , spugne , stracci per lavare i piatti , ci è stato lasciato un solo rotolo di carta igienica e che tra l altro aveva la muffa e la notte era impossibile dormire perché si sentivano di continuo pugni nei muri( che son di cartongesso )
Ci sarebbe un gran potenziale perché un appartamento a minori è cosa difficile da trovare ma ci sono molte mancanze da parte del proprietario e spero che farà perla di questi consigli per migliorarsi , la tassa di soggiorno va scritta per quello che è come il parcheggio, perché non è quell euro in più o in meno a fare la differenza è l aver speso oltre 30 euro in più tra parcheggio e tasse di soggiorno dichiarando in descrizione altre cifre

the room was clean and had a nice feel, however when paying €200+ a night I would expect to be able to use the kitchen without any additional charge.
the pictures made the property appear nicer than it was, the pool area and outdoor grounds were quite run down and not the same as reflected in the pictures. also the included breakfast was a packaged croissant and packet of Nutella which again is poor for paying a significant amount for the room.

The location is perfect, with nice Ravello and sea view. Solarium and lemon garden very nice maintained, good for relax. We received nice italian brekfast. Tha rooms were cleaned every day. The host, Maria, was very helpful during our stay.

Sweet place, central in lovely Minori. We were four ( two adults and two teenagers)in the appartment. It was just enough space. Nice to have a lot of places to sit outside the apartment. The place is clean and quiet at night. Accommodating hosts.

Beautiful place with amazing vista! The sun terrace with the jacuzzi made our stay :). The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and flexible! Definitely worth a come back!

Lemon tree garden, but we were afraid to access because of too many lizards and insects. Good coffee
no parking, too many stairs to reach especially in the beginning while holding heavy luggage, lizards every time we step outside, cold hut tub, tiny shower. very poor quality towels.

The location. Daily cleaning service.
Wasn't clean however, bed sheets were stained, bed was also hard and towels had stains. Hot tub wasn't really that warm and couldn't turn it up. Nearly missed our bus as the door would not open when we were leaving. Lights were awful as they struggled to turn on.

very clean big and comfortable room with everything inside, you can sit in the jacuzzi and see the great view of the mountains , the sea and the villages! very close (2 minutes walk) to the restaurants.
great value for the money for sure!
there is no car parking next to the place , so you first need to drop your luggage and then go to park your car near the port ,but it is really a short walk (10 minutes)
there are few steps to go up…

Amazing view with good location! Jacuzzi and solarium is a plus. Cleaning is ok.
The host was not present and the communication was not good. We were even threatened with being kicked out of the apartment on the last night for not making the check out payment at 10 p.m., when check out was the next morning. Breakfast could definitly be better, the products are not fresh.

Very clean, good location. Not far as much as Amalfı, Positana but not crowded as much as them too. Really like beach.

The location was amazing. Great views and a nice little terrace. It was very clean and a good sized apartment.
I had issues with the WiFi when I was staying here. Also the 'pool' was just a small jacuzzi. They sent out a lot of rules and mentioned there was a camera to check no-one brought anyone to visit which felt a bit Big Brother. The breakfast was just a few biscuits and croissants which felt a bit misleading.

Breakfast wasn’t great to be honest. No milk for tea.
My wife struggled terribly with the steps to the apartment. The hot tub upstairs was a bonus but was full of flies!
All in all a really hard struggle for my wife with the steps so not an enjoyable stay.

It was very calm and nearby the beach and some great restaurants. The room that we had was large and we had a lot of space. Also the terrace in front of the apartment was nice and the view is amazing.
Maybe the jacuzzi area could use a little update, but overall it was great and we really enjoyed it!

The place is big.
It is far from center, you can’t not get there by car, you have to walk by stair at least 100 mt. The parking is more than 1 km by walk from the place.
The breakfast is very poor only caffe and toast.
The place is very humidity and a little bit cold.
In the garden were warms every where.
The personal is a little rude by phone, beacuse they didn’t when to the place while we where there.

Beds fairly comfortable and bathroom and shower nice and clean.
Dirty junky common areas, key problems, no AC or fan, crappy packaged food for breakfast, charge to use kitchen, no laundry detergent, very difficult location up long steep street and stairs, trash outside, rude maid, etc.

Location, in the middle of the local residentes.
Quiet, in a pedestrian area.
The inside temperature. We arrived on a very hot day (38ºC) and even do the apartment doesn't have air conditioned, it was so nice inside, like an oasis. It was a real pleasure arriving every day, after a hot day spent outside sightseing.
It was great to have a parking discount, what can be improved are the instructions for paying the parking.
