Everything. It is located in a nice neighborhood, it is new and modern, the room was very comfortable and mere steps away from one of the two pools, the food in its restaurant was fantastic, and the personnel was very courteous and helpful.

The view out my back window was to the laundry room, but that was a minor situation easily solved drawing down the window shade.

The breakfast was fantastic! Also the restaurant at the hotel is good

Our room was a little noisy as it was right next to the pool. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.

The area is very nice and convenient. There are many shops and restaurants. We just stayed one night but I really wanted to extend our stay to see more things around.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single one of them was attentive, polite, happy and very helpful. The wifi was weak, and when I asked at the front desk, they had immediate solutions. The second-best thing about the hotel was that they had American-style toilets...with powerful flushes ! I was so tired of the silly two-button toilets so common in Latin America. Here was an honest-to-goodness American toilet that could push down a 5lb ham ! The shower, likewise had awesome water pressure and was HOT ! They didn't skimp on the water heater. The pool is beautiful, although it will be too cold for some. Speaking of cold, their air conditioner can be set to 16C (60F) degrees! Most hotels only go down to 18C (64F) degrees. There is a beautiful open area before the pool with tables and umbrellas...very nice and peaceful to sit and work at. The breakfast was good...and the restaurant fare was good. The room was basic. Be sure to get the double bed as the single is infinitely tiny...and probably won't fit the majority of Americans.

WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIFIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ! Absolutely dismal. Even with the alternate network the front desk gave me. (I couldn't fit their portable antenna USB into my tablet...I said they had options !). I think it's more a function of the room I was in (far from everything) as it worked well closer to the front desk. As I said, the room wasn't anything special, with small beds that are very close to the ground. As big as the room was, they could have put a comfy chair in it. As it was, they had two stools under a shelf on the wall (wouldn't really call it a desk, although it functioned as one.
