Lo único bueno son las vistas si te toca desde una habitación alta

No me gustó la atención de la recepción, nos dieron la habitación alas 16:20 tendiendo ya habitaciones listas

faltaban utensilios de cocina y papel higiénico. También tardaban mucho en atender en recepción y por qué no había personal

La terraza es grande

No tienen wifi ni aparcamiento del coche ni almohadas suficiente ni papel higiénico tienen tres ascensores uno no funciona y los otros dos siempre estan ocupados y nos toca utilizar las escaleras y estan muuuuy socias y llenas de cucarachas no lo recomiendo a nadie

Apartments were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was a good size fridge. Water for the shower was always boiling hot whatever time of day.

Took a very long time to check in Only one person on the checking desk and over 60 people waiting to check in at 4pm.

We were able to check in early and use the room.

No kettle

I liked the apartments and pool were lovely. Baloney okay it was big, just view of delivery entrance with garbage bins.The only member of staff that was nice, she worked in the bar. It was located in a nice area.

It all started bad the minute we got inside the door. Receptionist speckling to guess with bad attitude over mistake about keys., When I asked to check-in, again she took same attitude with me. I have never met a receptionist like her.i had to leave my boyfriend deal with her. we said we would clean and change beds myself. We only got clean towels and bed linen on the 5th.once in our 11 nite stay. Asked for shampoo and shower gel 5 days in a row. To be told there were out of it each time, so embarrassing going to reception each time we needed toilet paper. Then to be told all the cleaning I needed to do to get deposit back, i.e clean baloney even though it was the worse area balls of hair stuck to floor,clean fridge, clean kitchen, strip bed's,. Got so afraid I would not get deposit back so I even Polished and wash all floors. They had a €25 fee if key was left in apartment. If the elevator broke a €250 fee to fixed it. I have been going to Benidorm 10 years. This place has been the most disappointing. specially having the same reception check-in us out again. Made a big deal about doing apartment check. Then give out to me, that I should not have washed floor that was cleaners job. Again the worse attitude, I have ever seen in the hospitality industry, where I work myself the last 23 years. My third and fourth photos are how much cleaning I did.

The room was clean

It was very noisy. Dirty outside. Grumpy staff.
