Everything was exceptional ! Hosts are very kind. Owner speaks English - its a rare thing in this region =) Bed was comfy, but pillows are too narrow. We had modern tv in our room and very nice mountain view. The breakfast was nice and pretty big, we were not able to finish it all )

Maybe only pillows should be replaced with more comfy ones ) Also sound proofing is a bit poor, but it's ok for this kind of houses.

Wow. This is such a magical place in the Basque Country. It is so special I am going to return with more friends and family. The host, Iñaki, speaks good English and is incredibly friendly and hospitable. He is a local farmer and made an outstanding breakfast for us all. Staying here was a truly enjoyable experience. The house itself was stunning with great design and beautiful wooden furniture and art. Really state of the art.

I have no complaints! I suppose if I were to give some feedback or suggestions it would be: 1. The internet is not that strong so if you are thinking of working here, probably best to go somewhere with a better connection (the place is so beautiful that I would say, skip work and enjoy the country). 2. The house has wooden floors and is not sound proof so you can hear others but as long as everyone is respectful and quiet, it doesn't matter. The benefits out way the cons. 3. Perhaps the breakfast could be managed better so that all guests are served at once (or serve themselves).

Breakfast was adequate but served by a charming lady. The location was beautiful but practically impossible to find if you didn’t know to follow the signs for Arregui and not look for Casa Rural

The host who met us was gruff, arrogant and dismissive . Dinner was not available despite booking.com details and we were not advised of this in advance. So we had to find a supermarket for improvised dinner in bedroom.

The property is designed with such good taste. The views are amazing. The woman working there has lived in that house for years and years, she’s so nice! We just didn’t want lo leave :) We fully recommend it!

We stayed to eat and wanted a steak. We were told that they didn’t get the meat they had ordered but then saw that the table next to us had plenty of meat! All in all this is a minor detail. That’s why we’d still rate this place as fab!

Second stay at Casa Rural Arregi. Returned as we were travelling back to the UK. Host even remembered our names. Once again big room, comfortable firm bed. Menu del dia excellent value. Tomatoes for salad from the garden and delicious ! Breakfast also excellent value. Having travelled from Southern Spain and temperatures of 27 deg, it was delight to find the heating on and the log burner roaring! Peaceful area.

Beautiful location. Mattress firm and perfect for a bad back! Menu del día was excellent value and good homemade food. Owner very helpful. Would definitely return. Muy bueno!

Could have done with an extra pillow But personal preference

We asked if we could be three people several days before arriving and they did not put any problems for us. When we arrived nothing was prepared and they were surprised by it. In the middle of the night they turn off the power, supposedly because we were making a lot of noise (we had the TV at 3 out of 50! SERIOUSLY?) Why do you have TVs in the rooms then? If a host is causing so much discomfort, it may be best to tell them before you turn off the power directly. Also, the first thing they told us when we left the room is if we were leaving the next day. Of course we are leaving! Very rude. Iñaki was very unfriendly with us. And he didn't even deign to give us an explanation.
