good value, very nice restaurant, comfortable beds and clean

The hospitality of the staff. Live band on Friday night. Clean and affordable. Perfect for my needs - an affordable option for a night in passing through to stay in Morzine. Le Biot is a lovely beautiful village with a Pizzeria option as well as food at the hotel. If you've got a car - perfect for accessing Saint-Jean Deux, Abondance, Morzine and Ardent (Avoriaz) within 20minutes.

Check in and access to the building was from 16.30, and I got a bus into town at 15.00. Fortunately, a member of staff arrived by chance to let me in. Note, that bus was the last bus into biot from Thonon for another 2.5 hrs so aren't that frequent

Not very clean, dead flies under the bed and cob webs in corners , winter duvet in the middle of summer, no air conditioning.

Basic breakfast, but delivered with a smile

Good value for money, clean, central, restaurant in same building, rooms fit 3 persons, easy parking

Bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and new paint, and compensated by the lower price tag

There was no water in the hotel !
