The attitude to collect payment was very lazy and indifferent. They told that the receptionist was not available when we checked in and also in the evening to collect the payment But late in the night they told they will not accept the payment in dollars(the exchange rate they quoted was 10% more than the tuk-tuk guy I was forced to exchange my currency with at 10 pm ). Asking a guest to go 2 km into the city when the whole city is shut down for currency exchange was just ridiculous behaviour from the management and stressed us out a lot.

Certainly best hotel I stayed in Sri Lanka. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is very quite - this is what I was looking for. Great noise isolation, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Building and architechure was amazing. Our room was super comfortable. Food was amazing. They let us in to experience to see how they are cooking :))) People are super friendly and helpful. One day we will return :) Highly recommended.

the house is wonderful. rooms are big. staff is amazing and always available for anything you need. place is ionly 10 min by tuk tuk from galle fort in a calm area away from the crowd. gr eat experience in everything. highly recommended!

Lovely home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the street. Our family room was massive and beautifully appointed. Gorgeous garden and pool. Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help. Breakfast was tasty and varied (European or Sri Lankan - we had both and each was fabulous). Thoroughly recommend staying here, it is an amazing oasis of calm and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa White Queen that still is one of our best stays in Sri Lanka during our 3 month travel. Chamara’s attentiveness, together with the facilities really made for a personal and luxurious boutique experience. Even though the hotel is situated outside of the old town the stylish 5 min TukTuk ride just added to the experience. we have already booked our next stay here together with family and friends.

Really grate value for money, stylish and clean. love the entrance the stoical experience. The queen room with double doors to the pool gives you the best morning luxury you can have.

No problem to me, but the villa is a couple of minutes by tuktuk from Galle Fort. Approximately 25min walking. Just a small suggestion: a towel hanger or rack in the bathroom would be handy.

This was a great place, exceptionally maintained and the communication and service was outstanding. They set the bar where personal attention and communication and attention to detail is concerned. Chamara who manages the property is available anytime and great at doing everything he can to meet any requests you might have. The staff of the villa are genuinely nice and well mannered and you feel at home immediately. The co-owner, Lakmal is a fun guy and great company if he's around and not busy. I was lucky to meet him and exchanged some great stories and experiences with him, which added to the overall experience of our trip.

Chamara and the rest of the staff were amazing and ensured a wonderful stay for us in Galle. Would love to visit again.

Everything was what I had expected from this stay. The villa was on my wishlist for over a year and I was not disappointed to bring my friend there. The villa inspires luxury and serenity with its very elegant architecture and setup. The tropical garden looks like Eden and the Decoration brings you back to the post colonial era. There was a tropical rain during our stay, but still we enjoyed the place by taking a night dive in the pool and watching Netflix on the Smart TV. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and every morning we enjoyed a Feist of delicious local homemade food. To sum up we were amazed ! Check out the drone pics, to see more. There are from us .

Interior and design of the whole house is wonderful. Staff was friendly. Pool and the territory were clean. Also instagrammable :) Place itself really calming. Room had a TV with free Netflix, Youtube etc. Food is ok. The place is quite far from all attractions, so more for a get away/chill situation.

Located near mosque, so all prayers are heard really well. And near kindergarden. If you don’t want the sounds of them on your vacation, better find another villa. The bathroom had a stinky odor, as it was really humid for a long time without airflow. Furniture wasn’t new.

We had an amazing 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. The spacious room which was clean and had the perfect view over the pool. The team were outstanding at looking after us and keeping the grounds immaculate. Special shout out to the chef whose meals where delicious which were hard to beat compared to restaurants in Galle Fort. The ek Shana shan, priyantha suminda and werasekara. You are a credit to the hotel! This hotel is in a perfect location for families and only a short tuk tuk ride away from the town. Plenty of room for the kids to burn off energy in the grounds. We will be back on our next trip.

amazing villa and pool. Room was lovely and spacious. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. A/C very good. Staff were superb, catering to our every need and were very friendly and welcoming. Would 100% stay again! :)

Due to Sri Lankan power cuts there was times where there was no power or wifi etc… but that is no fault of the hotel
