Position is the only thing I liked about this hotel

Rooms are dated and bathroom was not clean. The hot water in the bathroom is non existent it is luke warm and not nice for a good soak in the bath which where both looking forward too. My wife asked for shower gel and was told she would have to pay extra for it, this was after we had no room service for the day. The breakfast compared to Seda hotel is average. They say no guests under the age of 10 absolute rubbish we had children running up and down the hall way outside our room. We asked for robes and slippers but were told this was not included, again rubbish it clearly stated this on our booking. Seda hotel is where will stay from now on way better value for money in all aspects.

Well first, the property is in walking distance to limketkai malls and sm downtown mall..

Nothing much that i didnt like about the property.

Breakfast is superb. Lots of food to choose from.

I do not like the corkage fees. The security were annoying and suspicious checking our bags for any food bought outside. We have to eat my our food inside the car before we check in because they would charge us if we bring it inside. Its very uncomfortable and inconsiderate. If you are too tired too go down to buy food you can not do any food panda or grab. They should consider this as something that would affect costumers to choose their hotel.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay.

Stayed there primarily for the bathtub but their water heater didn’t work. I asked to repair it which they did for 30minutes but still the heater didn’t do its job. Plus the three men who did the repairs soiled the the bathroom because they used their outside shoes and didn’t bother to clean up. Frigo bar is empty. Lady front desk staffs aren’t nice considering they’re in the hospitality business.
