Host is really good, she explained everything in detail and was present at our arrival. i really liked the balcony view for a quiet and peaceful environment surrounded by lot’s of roses 😃 over all apartments was sufficient for all 5-6 people and it has all the required things.

The property is still not equipped well enough for long stay

The traffic is not allowed at the street, so you will need walk about 20 meters from the main street. But it's not a problem if you don't have a lot of baggage.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and sufficiently equipped. The arrangement with the owner was also amazing.

The host Maria was intially polite. But when we told her that the facility is unsuitable for us and that we would not be continuing our stay, her colours quickly changed. Not only that she blocked us from cancelling the apartment online on booking.com and didnt refund us any of the amount. Although we stayed for one day, and left on the 2nd day, she retained 8 days hotel charges and didnt refund us anything. I would call this highly unethical and unprofessional. I am not a first time tourist and have stayed in apartments in at least 15 locations all over Europe. But never faced anything like this.

The reasons that we decided not to stay at the apartment were as follows: 1. The beds just sunk down, and didnt have any strong base, which gave us a back ache. 2. The bath towels looked used and grubby. 3. The bed linen had a used and slept in smell. 4.The apartment listed 2 washrooms, but there was toilet in only one. 5.The boiler water was either very hot or very cold, making it unsuitable for having bath. 6.The tumble dryer was not working 7.The apartment is falsely represented by listing following amenities that are in fact unavailable Room service - nothing like this Restaurant - is away from the facility 24 hour front desk - Not available Fitness center - Not part of the facility, and is some place else, where you have to pay extra Fishing, Spa, Wellness center, Bowling etc do not come with the facility at all. Nor do they have any arrangement with these activities. It is only listed under the facility to trap tourists. Very tactically, among all the activities included, Horse riding is listed out too and only against horse riding it is mentioned that Additional charges. Which simply means that all the other activities are free and come with the facility, while horse riding only will be charged additional. The fact is that NONE of the activities are provided by the facility. The tourist has to arrange this for himself, wherever and whenever required. Beware of false information!! 8. Finally the pinnacle of conning us, was offering airport pickup at 100 euros. While our taxi charged us only 34euros.

A standard 2 bedroom apartment (everything you need is included), placed in a green and quiet neighborhood, good city connection with tram 59 or buses from 4 minutes walking Vilmos Ter. Good choice for Budapest Congress Center on Jagello ut. (10 minutes walking) or MOM mall (same 10 minutes walking). For daily food shopping Hegyvidek Prima is at 4 minutes walking. Free parking in front of premise....if luck will join you.
