We loved the private spacious deck that looked out over the pool. We enjoyed our morning, coffee, and meals, there, and after being out adventuring it was a great place to enjoy the gentle breeze blowing in and play a game and visit. It is close to all amenities. A great French bakery across the street. Wonderful restaurants close by, and a short walk to our favourite part of the beach. The staff were gracious and accommodating.
There was maintenance going on while we were there. It speaks to the care that they take with their resort which is good, but the pool and hot tub were not heated which was disappointing.

La verdad es que llegas y la recepcionista se pone a exigir demasiado cosas que no están estipuladas a la hora de hacer la reserva, como que te harán cargos extras, si manchas las toallas, si fumas, si no lavas los trastes, etc ... Y no digo que este mal, sino que no están estipuladas, pero si le solicite desde que llegué que acomodaran la cortina porque estaba caída y nunca fueron a acomodarla, pésimo internet y un día sin televisión por cable

This boutique hotel is in a great party of town. It is super close to an amazing beach but also close to the main town…. but just far away so that it is quiet at night.
It has everything you require for a vacation with a nice balcony and kitchen if required.
The beds are firm and comfortable with a very nice view of the city from the front balcony.
There is also several little grocery stores around and extremely walkable area. The little golf karts are not really needed.

I absolutely loved the two balconies. Sit in the morning on one to have coffee and watch the sun rise and sit in the evening on the other one to watch the sun set.
The room was set out great, like the newer modern appliances and large shower area.
I liked that the hotel was close to the beach, had a grocery store and Farmacia right next door. A bakery and a meat market across the street, and bus depot only a block away.
A little disappointed in the pool area, since there was no where to put the lounge chairs to lay in the sun. Only chairs where available to sit in sun, unless you wanted to lay on cement right next to pool.
My room did not have any bottled water, I had to purchase from the store. Some rooms had a ceramic water holder and there was one by the front desk but only had glasses to use.
Mattress was firmer than I like.

Great location to get around everywhere in Sayulita. Very nice, quiet, safe hotel. Two utdoor balconies were nice. Shade on 1 side, sun on other. Noisier on street but could look out, quiet side enjoying the nice view of the pool and trees.
For me, the bed was hard. Would have liked larger inside space, sofa to sit on with small table. But was as advertised, two beds. Outdoor chairs were worn. Worried they might break when sitting, thankfully they didn't.

The balcony and room are very spacious.
Unfortunately there was no Internet in the room or on the balcony. The kitchen utensils were quite dirty so we had to clean everything before usage. We didn't receive any new towels within 5d 4n.

originally placed on top floor. bit of a climb up the circular stair case to our room. moved to 1st floor after 2 days. No elevator.

the grounds were pretty , r the staff helpful and sweet
the microwave and kitchen area had not been cleaned, the bathroom toilet , flooring and shower was not very Sanitized or clean. the banister always had bird poo on it , so it was hard to use.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to fix some minor problems in a very efficient and timely manner. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The room has two patios so we enjoyed the views on both sides. The swimming pool is fairy good size and it will be better if the water can be a bit warmer. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay at the hotel.

Loved this place! We had two balconies, a full kitchen and a really nice, large, fully tiled bathroom with lots of hot water (not always the case in Sayulita). We loved El Fortin coffee shop across the street which had delicious pastries! Good coffee too. This is now our go-to place in Sayulita, thank you for everything.

Wonderful stay, good location, quiet end of town, one block from the bus station . Having the kitchen facility was great, enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Close to beach, stores and restaurants

Great location! Property well kept. Nice pool and balcony.
Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived… and then it turned out that the light in the bedroom didn’t work and neither did the ac. We spent a half hour on our balcony waiting while they tried to fix it. I had to ask if there were any other available rooms … they agreed we could move next door. The light in that room did work but the ac nearly did anything. It was a hot week and we were quite uncomfortable until 11pm or so when the temperature dropped and we just opened windows. It is misleading to advertise that you have ac when, there is a unit, but it doesn’t cool.

It is located close enough to everything. The town is small, so nothing is far away. Just a short walk to the beach. There are lots of food options close by. It’s not right in the center,so it’s pretty quiet at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Off street parking is available.
You have to leave your room key at the front desk whenever you leave the property but at least you don’t need to worry about losing it.

We had no water one night because of a pipe break or some other issue. Hot water for showers was hit and miss. WiFi in rooms did not work at at all.
