This property was amazing to stay at. The host has excellent communication and check in/out procedures were easy to follow. We absolutely loved this place and the location is within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous! I give this place a 10/10 rating and hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed the amazing location. Judi is very accommodating. She responded to any concerns or questions we had. We have rented from her before. The condo has everything you could ask for a vacation rental. Extremely relaxing.

Needs some fixes

Great view from the condo. Well stocked kitchen and comfy accommodations. The neighborhood was great to walk in and to walk the dogs. And it was great to walk to restaurants. I actually would have rated this property as 4.5 stars due to the condition of the blinds and screens and cosmetic issues. But I understand that will be taken care of soon. So I would recommend staying here. We would again

We stayed for one week because the unit was not available for a longer stay. The unit was very quiet, a little farther from restaurants than we liked, but overall a very nice stay. We also liked the covered parking. Our only complaint was that the blinds were broken and so we couldn’t see the ocean without going outside. The hosts were very easy to deal with both before and during the stay.

We booked for 21 days. 12/17/23-1/7/24 Deep gouges in livingroom wall-owner said discovered 2 weeks before when “deep cleaning” behind the sofa, water damage in livingroom caused by Hurricane Ian in 10/22, as was water damage in kitchen & master bedroom, garbage disposal didn’t work, owner said it had been giving them trouble for a couple of weeks, DVD player in livingroom didn’t work, vertical blinds in kitchen, master bedroom & livingroom didn’t work, were chipped and slats missing there was no sleeping past sunrise in the master bedroom, screens were torn & off track. Deep scratches in night stands that they placed coasters over to hide them. There was 1 garbage bag, 3 Tide Pods for entire stay, no dish washing soap, just dishwasher pods, not even a box of Kleenex. Sofa was a sectional that kept coming apart with 2 useless unsittable wicker chairs, a “coffee table” that looked like it had been picked up off the curb as did the TV console. The unit was frumpy with fake blooming plants. A throw pillow on the sofa had a hole in it. 1430 was the 3rd unit we stayed in 5 years at Aliki Townhouses. Owners response was that they had trouble getting workers & was in the midst of getting someone & would let us know when the vertical blinds would be repaired- we heard nothing. We took photos of all damage & offered to send them to her, she declined but said to throw the pillow away- we did not. Owner lives about 1 1/2 hrs away, and seemed only interested in the rent not the rental.

It was so nice to hear the waves everyday. The location was great and the property was exactly as described. Responsive host and good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and in a good location. We had our little dog with us and there were plenty of places to walk him. Easy access to the beach. Ocean was tough from the weather, but we were able to enjoy the pool. Very nice view of the water from the condo. Highly recommend.

we really enjoyed our stay and the double balconies we’re awesome and to wake up every morning to the sunrise and close to all the restaurants and shopping we will be back for another stay.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the sand on the beach was recently replenished because of last year's hurricane and the sand is very soft and sticks to your skin badly. The pool is beautiful though and there were plenty of restaurants and parks nearby to explore.

My family has been coming to Flagler Beach for about 7-8 years, now. We happened upon the Aliki Townhouses our first trip and really love the property and location. We've stayed in at least three of the units, now, and have had great experiences each time. Since they are all the same layout, we've come to know what to expect. Jim and Judi's townhouse was clean and welcoming. I found the kitchen to be well-stocked with about any utensil or piece of cookware I needed. The internet access (always important to my kids) was easy to sign on, fast, and reliable for all the streaming they like to do. It was pretty toasty the weeks we were there, so having a nice pool to cool off in after baking on the beach for a bit was nice. I would highly recommend the Flagler Beach area for families and anyone looking for a quieter, less crowded stretch of sand along the Florida coast. The beaches, biking trails, and overall charm of the area are what bring us back every year.

We enjoyed 10 days at this amazing location. The patio was our favorite spot. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The pool was just out the front door. The beach nearly in the front yard. Dinning just blocks away and grocery stores nearby. The property was well appointed and everything was in good working order. We hope to return next year.

This condo was the most comfortable condo I have ever been in. Well-equipped great location., and views are phenomenal. Clean and cozy all the amenities that you will ever need for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to come back.

Great location only a mile from the heart of Flagler Beach. A1A directly in front of condo is a busy road. Appliances could use a little upgrading but everything worked. Enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean.

Place was fabulous had everything we needed several great places to eat within walking distance.

It was our first time being able to get away for 2 whole weeks and this condo was the perfect choosing. The location was beautiful, quite, such friendly neighbors and a short walk from the town restaurants/bars/ice cream parlors and gift shops. We felt like we were at home with the condo settings and our pups loved being able to lay out on the balcony and soak up the sun. It was also nice that we were able to get our small pull behind trailer, truck and motorcyle all in the open garage. Hope we are able to go and stay here again next year during our annual vacation.

We have stayed here many times. Judi is a gracious and responsive host. The condo is the perfect size. The location is perfect the place is wonderful. We come to Flagler to visit family and enjoy the beach. We’ve so thoroughly enjoyed every stay there that we have no desire to stay anywhere else.

The condo was roomy and clean. Everything was there we needed and the location was very good.

Loved the beachfront location!

This was my family’s second stay at this property. Upon arrival we discovered the washing machine was broke and the owner was quick to remedy the situation with a wash and fold service until repairman was able to come. The condo was nicely redecorated from the first time we had stayed so the pictures don’t do it justice. The new decor was beachy and modern. Felt very homey. The location can’t be beat and we would gladly stay again.
