We loved the warm and genuine hospitality they gave us right from our arrival. It felt like being home, a very relaxing one and with a splendid view of Manerba and part of the Garda Lake. Our very knowledgeable hosts gave us all the info about the places we wanted to visit. And the private spa was perfect to relax a bit more. We hope to come back soon.

The location without a car (our own mistake) made it a challenge at times. However that created its own adventures.

Property offers amazing views of the lake and mountains, is very neat, territory is taken care of to the details, hosts are super friendly. Spa room is a wonderful addition.

The only unfortunate thing is that the rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear somebody talking or laughing a bit loudly next door.

Franco, Francesco and Paola were just super nice, always helpful! We got the best tips for restaurants and activities one could wish for! Room was super spacious with fridge inside!

The breakfast was really good with plenty of vegetarian options. Franco was a great host and the boat tour he offered was just amazing.

All perfect. A magical place. New design, host family super kind.

Location of the facility is great and the view from the terrace is amazing. Besides the open air area there is also a glazed part of the terrace we used daily to relax and admire the lake during sunsets. Breakfast was delicious, scrambled eggs with bacon, toasts, tomatoes with olive oil, few diffrent cheeses and hams, great coffee and tea served in a beautiful breakfast room (wine cellar). The SPA area is very nice and offers hot and steam sauna (paid extra). Our room was clean and nicely furnished, all rooms are staged in certain way with diffrent color pallets. The area where the property is located has the Italian feeling with antique buildings and narrow streets. The owner of the property was very polite and helpful, he gave us lots of useful tips what we should see and when is the best time to go there (certain locations are very crowded over the weekends) - it was extremely nice of him. We didn't experience any communication barrier, the owner speaks good English. It's a B&B nonetheless offers a lot and we fully recommend this place.

Unexperienced driver may have problems to park in the parking area, but it's not related to the apartment itself it's just the charm of small Italian towns.
