2 very nice cleaning ladies took us to a viewpoint on the top floor to see Ankara

The receptionist tried to scam us for the price of the rooms. Arriving in the middle of the night, tired from a long journey, he tried to charge around 6000 lira’s on my CC in stead of 1225. But I had written the right amount on the printed booking confirmation and checked it. He changed the number without comment.

The property was easy to find and well located for accessing the Anatolian Museum and the area around it. Staff were friendly; the room was comfortable and quiet and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. Reception also sorted out a taxi fro us when we left. Highly recommended

The variety of food but some times the lack of cleanliness. Some of the staff were unfriendly and annoying and others were extremely friendly . The room was full of very bad smoke smell all night and even in the early morning coming from the next rooms even though I asked for a nonsmoking room.Some of my cloths are missing ( stolen).The location and the facilities are good .

Nice, clean and affordable hotel with a central location in Ankara. My room on the 4th. floor was spacious, quiet and had a nice view towards a park in the center of town.

Hotel staff got me a cab for the airport. However, the cabbie didn't seem to understand where to go and tried to get me to leave after driving 3-4 kilometers. I finally got him to understand where to take me (he spoke only Turkish), but I'm not happy that the hotel staff member apparently didn't inform the cab-driver well enough.

The rooms were veryy clean. The location is perfect. The hotel staff specially the receptionist, they were soo helpful and welcoming.

Easy and good value. So cheap for such a high quality hotel, didn't disappoint. Nice room had a great view over massive mosque. Comfortable and everything well functioning. Good shower, WiFi, tv. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Lots of nice touches like matches and shoe polish which although I didn't use made it feel a bit more thoughtful. Very short walk to old area of city, further from commercial centre but always a trade off

Nothing - everything worked well and couldn't have asked for more. Maybe the area didn't have much nightlife or restaurants, but that's the price of being nearer many of the tourist attractions.

The breakfast had a good variety of fresh dishes to choose from. Our room had a lovely little balcony. When we asked for cleaning the next day, the room was finally cleaned properly. The location is very central, and you can get to any corner of the city by taking a subway or a bus.

The check-in time is 12 PM. We arrived at 12:30 PM but the room was not ready yet. They let us check in 10 minutes after but it looked like the room had not been cleaned properly, and there were floods of water all over the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi signal is so slow and low that it's impossible to use it. There is no taxi point close to the hotel. They also do not cooperate with any service themselves. We asked them to call us a taxi upon checkout but they were only able to use a standard "taxi button" - and no taxi came as a result. We were lucky to catch one on the street otherwise we would be late for a bus.

Everything is good. Except smoking room.

They don’t have non-smoking room, although they let me to choose a room, but it’s still a smoking room and I can still smell it.
