No water in the morning when got up at 6:45. No staff on site till about 7:45. After ringing boss allowed to use shower/basin in another room. Water back on after breakfast. No apology for lack of water.

Large room, comfortable bed and the best shower we have had in 3 weeks in Chile. Ample off-street parking and walking distance of the centre of Ancud. Large breakfast.

A good location. A spacious room with a spectacular sea view. Vey friendly staff who go out of their way to help and inform guests.

Minor things only. No toiletry shelf in bathroom. Breakfast much better one day (with fresh fruit) than another (sweet cereal), and only one kind of tea.

Good location. We stayed in a comfy room with very nice view and good shower. They offer also a very good breakfast. We had a little misunderstanding during the check in and the manager resolved the problem in a very kind and professional way. I totally recommend the place.

nobody spoke English, and my Spanish is zero..We managed however with google translate..Staff was very kind, obling and keen to help, but I would have liked a bit more practical information about things to do in Ancud.. Unfortunately the tourist office was closed all weekend from early Friday afternoon and no scheduled busses worked during the weekend

Big room with beautiful ocean view and super comfy bed. Overall the room is great. Good location not very far away from city center. Breakfast is provided.

It has a lot of rules and policies that are posted everywhere at the hotel, so you feel like they are not treating you like a responsible adult. They also are very inflexible with said rules and policies (ie. hotel was empty and there was no way that they could check us in before the specified time), it also feels like staff is inflexible and not very helpful, or go out of the way to help you.

The reception was very clear, and breakfast was organized and tasty. The room was wonderful, with a perfect view of the harbour. It felt very private, and it was not far to get anywhere on foot.

Booking.com did not communicate with the hotel about the preference we asked for a room with a view. If I didn't have the printout with me.

Staff was kind, room was clean and quiet. Price was excellent. Convenient location close to many city attractions, restaurants, etc. Nice sea view and also complimentary tea and coffee station.

The view is great, however smell of seaweed was really bad. Personnel was ok, and breakfast was yummy.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good, especially the warm pancitos. We got a 4 person room for 2 of us which meant we had loads of space. We had a nice view across the lake from our room (#13). They had free parking on site and it was a short walk to some restaurants. They have a cute dog too!

The noise from the road is pretty loud all through the night as they don’t have good soundproofing/double glazed windows so maybe ask for a room at the back of the building or not directly facing the road. The property also has uplights on the front of the building which only get turned off at midnight and that meant our room was really bright until they were turned off. On the lower end of importance, the shower was a bit small (I’m 6’2) and I kept knocking things off the shelf! They also don’t have a normal trash bin other than the one in the bathroom which meant we had to pile up our trash on the table.

We had a nice big room with really good sea view in the second floor. But there are a lot of rooms with small windows in the main building, be carefully by booking. The bed was compfortable and the bathroom big enoughh and clean. Breakfast is not special but OK.

The main road is directly in front of the house and window not noise prooved - so the room is noisy.
