Niets, slechtste hotel wat ik gezien heb

Zwembad is om te huilen, geen gezelligheid vies geen bar of iets, zeer zeer matig/slecht, op t dak, de fitness is een aanfluiting, een hokje van 2 meter met 1 vies oud apparaat

Da wir nur eine Nacht waren haben wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster genommen, wir hatten Sachen zu tun also war das für uns erstmal nicht schlimm aber wenn man doch mal ne Weile im Zimmer war hat man sich gefühlt wie in einem Bunker, das Bett (fand ich) war sehr unbequem ich konnte nicht schlafen bin minimum 8 mal aufgewacht in der Nacht. Es war auch trotz Licht super dunkel in dem Zimmer wir sind total erschrocken um 9:00 aufgewacht weil man dachte es is noch mitten in der Nacht. Mitarbeiter nicht sonderlich kompetent. Check in hat 30 min gedauert, weil die Dame alles super langsam gemacht hat und freundlich war sie auch nicht.

Beach is just infront of the hotel. Located in the heart of karon beach, Two 7-Eleven store nearby, reasonable price and has swimming pool. The staff accomodate early check in for us, and allowed luggage store and are helpful.

Cleanliness can be improved and it would be nice if swimming pools were open for longer than 7pm

The front of house staff are not friendly, didn’t really greet us warmly or even smile during the whole week we were there. The contrast between front of house and cleaners was immense. VERY friendly and kind cleaning staff. Overall, a decent enough place to get your head down but not so good at the customer relations

The location is great, right on Karon beach and near Karon Circle. Easy access to eateries and bars close by. Room is basic and clean. It’s not luxurious, but definitely value for money. I was staying in the room with a sea view, and it was good for one person.

Since the hotel is on the main road, it can get a bit noisy at times.

Good location, good rooms. The pool is also nice on the roof.

the guy in the reception was really rude and not welcoming at all. The towel in the room had a bad smell, even if you get new everyday

Our building had no elevator necessitating a long stairway climb. we were not informed of this prior to arrival. The room was at the end of a dreary and dismal corridor made even worse by the maid who kept her cleaning supplies scattered about from 9 to 5. The room was oddly configured. The jacuzzi was next to the fridge and offered a direct view of the toilet.

The location is perfect! Restaurant, cafe and markets nearby. The beach infront.

Room is pretty small. No lift in the building we were given. Ideal for couples max 2-3 days stay.

The location is perfect. Right across from the beach. This part of the beach has a lot of sunbeds. Like it or not. Very close to "all" the restaurants, bars and massage places. The room was very quiet and had a safe and a balcony with afternoon sun. The housekeeping was very nice and efficient. There are sunbeds and a pool on the 5th floor.

The first impression when arriving shortly before check-in time. I was not demanding early check in. Only that somebody would talk to me, instead of just pointing at the clock. But I gave them a second chance to make a first impression - and it was better. ;-)

The beach is just across the road and the City center round the corner, hotel is noisy its direct on the main road.

staff were very unfriendly and unapologetic, we only stayed 3 days and had problems with our room card and air con multiple times during our stay which meant waiting for an engineer to come each time which is not how you want to be spending your holiday! we asked if we could change rooms but told no with no apology or alternative. there’s not many restaurant nearby so if you don’t have a bike and don’t mind spending money on taxis to go further a field. Karon beach is very touristy. we were in the rooms with no windows, was quite dark. pool area is very run down and bleak. pool very shallow only good for paddling.
