Overall the property looks fantastic. Amazing garden, very lovely old villa with spa. Staff was very pleasant and kind. Room, spa and dining area were clean.
We booked Family Suite in hotel annex (building right next to a villa). As I stayed here before, I knew that there are stairs, which you’re also noted before in disclaimer. What I didn’t know that from 1st to 2nd floor are stairs so steep that my 2,5yo needed to use her hands on the steps while climbing the stairs. But still manageable thing. We stayed in room 302 which is in the attic, there are very nice roof windows. It is fantastic during the day as the room gets very bright natural light. But it is not so nice in the morning during the summer time when sunrise starts around 4:30 and you are not able to cover any of these windows with black-out curtains. As this room was mentioned to be for family and it is spacious enough to accommodate approx. 4 people plus small children, I would not recommend it for people (nor kids!) who aren’t able to sleep after sunrise with natural light in the room.

The original idea of the hotel was very good! The location and the room were nice and kept tidy! Compliment to the cleaning team! We stayed in the attachment building, had a good rest at the night. Food was good guality. Breakfast ok if you were on time. Our massage lady did an excellent job!
The details along the way - mixed replies from staff, could not get almost anything from the menu as we got told it was not available. The waitress was not able to tell us for 2 days if they actually had champaign (it was in the fridge) as we wanted to celebrate our honeymoon. The waitress dumping plates in front of us on the table during the breakfast was beyond rude. SPA staff being instructed not in a nice way and in our presence to sell their products better. Booking our treatments was a bit of a challenge, if you can book prior you travel! Got kicked out of spa room - offer to stay was not given although we knew there was no booking after us - we would have not mind to pay and stay longer. The general vibe was not pleasant, a lot of tension in the air. Many families with children which for us and some other guests took away the rest we came for. Romantic diner 5 courses - served in one hour = our first marathon food experience! No matching wine menu available.

Every thing!
Beautifully location, nice luxurious and with style.

Gorgeous property, beautifully renovated - one can enjoy magnificent view from the park & inside in lobby and restaurant. Saunas were really nice place to spend evening after hiking in rainy cold mountains.
So many details I would not expect from 4-star hotel and for the price I paid.
Stuff was kind, but not really helpful. Receptionist did not know which floor is our room at. Everything took there a bit longer than I would expect, with some weird servile politenes, but without good qualification and creative energy.

Lovely spa facilities and a good selection of various spa treatments for a truly relaxing stay was my personal highlight, so definitely worth stopping by when touring around Jeseniky. The property also has a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking adjacent garden so great for enjoying your meal outside. There is a restaurant too which is very handy if you're too tired to venture out or simply want to chill out around the property. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
I only stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big deal but if I stayed longer I would avoid room 102. It is right above the kitchen and all cooking smells from below ventured into my room in the evening. It may not be an issue if it's windy outside.
Would probably prefer firmer newer mattress too, felt like mine was a bit overused.

beautiful hotel, beautiful wellness, great staff
there is not much to do in the area. You have to drive to a small town and then kind of stay in the hotel the whole time. If you are ok with it and genuinely want to stay in the wellness and eat at the hotel, then you will definitely enjoy it!

Beautiful building with well kept features and a touch of luxury.

The location is good, the stuff is very helpful even tho some of them didn’t speak English at all (including spa and reception workers) .
the breakfast and the size of the room where nice .
we got a room at a different building, not in the main one. it may be ok during summer time, but during the winter it’s very frustrating to go to the main building for spa and breakfast. the spa is very very small, one small swimming pool and 3 saunas. the room was cleaned only once during 4 days (bed cheats where never changed) . Didn’t receive any tea or shampoos during the stay, had to go to the reception and ask for it.

The hotel is splendidly refurbished, in a very good location, close to the park. All the photographs on this website correspond with the reality. There is a swimming pool / wellness area, which we didn't go to. Breakfast was good, though nothing you wouldn't see in a comparable hotel. There is a very nice patio / dining area attached to the hotel restaurant with a lovely view of the park. Our room number 100 was nicely furnished, we got all the toiletries, towels, slippers, as well as bathing robes. We didn't have any issues with cleanliness, our towels were exchanged after three days, even though we didn't ask.
There were many things we thought a four-star hotel should avoid. First staff - the receptionist Šárka who served us on our arrival was quite reserved and we felt like we were a bother to her and not welcomed to the hotel. The waitresses serving us at breakfast and at the first dinner were OK but again, we can imagine a completely different approach which would match the character of the building to its services. At breakfast, we repeatedly asked for black tea, which wasn't resolved until our departure. One of the waitresses offered some black Lipton in a box which wasn't individually wrapped and that's why I think the tea wasn't offered the next day. We only had dinner once. The food was OK, but didn't make us want to try the rest of the menu. We decided to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay.
Next our room - if you decide to book room number 100 - it's a disabled access / facilities room so be aware of this fact. We didn't have any issues with this. However, the room is situated on the ground floor, behind the reception desk. Every morning at 3:00 am we were woken up by a delivery service, followed by next one at about 5-6 o'clock. We're aware of the fact that this has to be done somewhere but on the other hand, we paid a full price and weren't informed about this fact in advanced. On top of that, there were members of staff smoking under our windows on more than one occasion. The bed was incredibly soft, the mattresses literally bending and didn't really allow for a good quality sleep. The wi-fi connection was really poor and 99% of time was down.
On our departure, when asked how we liked our stay, we admitted we hadn't, so the receptionist called the manager of the hotel. He was very apologetic, offered to pay for coffess and also offered us a future compensation. We should write directly to him next time we decide to stay. Of this we're not sure.

Absolutely everything - a wonderful, friendly and helpful staff team - beautiful terrace, great spa facilities, the breakfast was fantastic and generally the ambience and decor of this gorgeous villa made such an impression that we will definitely return
The fact that we didn't stay longer
