Do not stay here during the winter season, it's a terrible place. We checked in at night and the room was extremely cold. They said it would warm up in an hour, but it didn't. I tried to contact the staff but got no response. We couldn't sleep in the cold and woke up sick in the morning. They only replied to my messages in the morning and said the reception closes at 10:30 PM, so guests staying after that won't get any assistance. What kind of hospitality is this? We're continuing our holiday while being sick. When we requested a refund, they refused. It's such a horrible place. Luckily, booking.com's customer service compensated us for the experience, otherwise the hotel wouldn't care. The 'bed' they referred to was actually three pull-out sofas, which was absurd. --- Kış sezonunda gidecekseniz kesinlikle kalmayın berbat bir yer. Gece check-inimizi yapıp otele yerleştik oda aşırı soğuktu, ısınır dediler 1 saate, ısınmadı. Sonrasında yetkiliye ulaşmaya çalıştım asla cevap vermedi. Gece soğukta uyuyamadık, sabaha kalktığımızda da hasta olmuştuk. Gece yazdığım mesajlara sabah cevap verdi ve resepsiyonun 22.30'da kapandığını söyledi, yani o saatten sonra kalacak misafirler problem yaşıyorsa cevap alamayacakmış, bu nasıl bir ağırlama, bu nasıl bir misafirperverlik. Tatilimize hasta devam ediyoruz. İade süreci istedik ona da olumsuz döndüler. Bu kadar kötü bir yer. Neyse ki booking.com müşteri hizmetleri yaşadığımız deneyimden dolayı ücret denkliğinde bakiye tamamladı, o da olmasa yani otelin umrunda değil. Yatak dedikleri şey de 3 çekyattı şaka gibi...

It was clean and very good food. The price was cheap. Very close to the beach.

Friendly staff in the restaurant and great pizza.

Wifi didn't work in the room, neither did the TV. Bathroom is very small and has minor defects. Accommodation is not worth the money or 4 stars, it should have 2 staras.

The location and the lady working there. Nothing else.

It was probably a nice hotel 10 years ago, with another owner, I guess. Now it’s old, degraded, and lacking care from the owner. The guest house is sold as 4 stars but it doesn’t reach 2 stars. There are electric powers open (unsafe), tv of 80’s, the worst bed I ever slept in. The owner was drinking with friends, and, evidently, too busy to put care in giving required directions to find the place (not in Google maps and wrongly located in booking). The parking places are always full, or at least, for us. Overall, embarrassing.

Lady who the owner was like a mother, she is so kind. Location, the restaurant and friendly staff.

Shower head was leaking very little water.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The place was tiny, there was no ventilation. Non of the offerings were there, we had to ask for the hot water kettle. The shower door was broken , it was almost impossible to take a shower, we even offered to fix it. The door of the bathroom does not close. The tv “not a flat screen “ did not work.
