We were met at the airport and transferred to the accommodation where all the facilities and amenities were explained along with the procedures and pick ups for departure. Exceptional customer service

Smell of mould in master ensuite

Made it very easy for pickup and departure to the airport

Had to move due to a water leak however the issue was managed very well

We had to call for a leak but it was fixed asap. We also had to ring to ask how to get air conditioning working again wasn't told about button on the wall. Had a chocolate left under coffee table and underwear left behind TV in bedroom. But apart from that clean and tidy.

We loved everything about our stay with hamo rent at the property! The location, facilities and booking experience could not be faulted!

Beautiful, clean, comfortably furnished apartment in an excellent location very close to the beach with lovely sea views. The buggy was an additional bonus. Beds comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and easy to use large bbq on the patio. The hosts were very helpful and always displayed great customer service. Certainly be returning to hopefully stay in the Lagoon apartments again.

Washing machine not working though the host offered to launder our items if needed.
