The property was amazing very clean and well equipped even had it cleaned during our stay with new bedding and fresh towels , Not far from all restaurants around a 20 min walk. The owners and everyone involved in our stay were amazing and so polite and happy to help with anything they were available to speak to you anytime over the phone.

Villa was fantastic so quiet. It was very clean and had everything needed.

Communication with the host was poor. Said dont use pool until its cleaned which was the next day apparently. They didn't turn up till Wednesday to clean pool.

location too far out of caleta and area was run down Broken pavement rubbish lying on streets. A long walk to dispose of rubbish.

The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and very spacious - great outside areas so you were not on top of each other - comfortable furnishings and plenty of them - easy access for a cab which were easy to get and cheap (def required for those who are not into /able to walk to the centre - a good 20 mins) - kitchen had plenty of equipment (small worktop space but you make do) Good working washing machine ideal for a family. Pool and bath towels supplies, though no cleaning or change of towels/bedding - it really is a beautiful villa, the area is extremely quiet, sadly no neighbours to say hello during our stay BUT if you are looking for peace and quiet its ideal

It was further away from main area than I expected so anything like shopping / eating out was a distance, cabs were very cheap so it wasn't a problem but would have preferred a little closer. I could offer a few suggestions for a future stay 1) Ideally there could have been a pool table or table tennis for activity during the day or evening when you stayed in, also there could have been some boards games 2) The children's play area did not have much in so if our grandson (age 2) had come along as originally intended he would have had little apart from the pool to keep him occupied, the play area was one of the reasons I picked the Villa 3) We all really struggled with sleep due to the heat in the rooms (even in Oct) really missed not having air con 4) a few more kitchen / bbq utensils would be useful 5) A little more info in the Villa guide like where to put your full rubbish bags (its right at the end of the road, but originally we put them outside the front gate expected the bin men to collect (not an issue but prior notification would have been good)

The accommodation was fantastic. The quietness was exactly why I choose to rent this villa at its location. The pool was amazing , and all the personal touches from plates , cups etc where great. A proper home from home. I love to cook fresh produce every day and didn't struggle with anything when preparing food.a well thought out kitchen. Can't wait to rebook for next year.
