it was very clean and modern. they had thought a lot about the details that make for a memorable stay. this included a fire pit, pool, sauna and lots of space for kids to run around and play. the food and staff were exceptional. we had our own private terrace as well with wide views.

it would have been nice to have a kettle and some coffee on hand.

Very friendly staff that took the time to give advice and tips about things to do in the area and local products to try and buy. Large room with a big terrace to enjoy the views. Restaurant with a large choice of dishes for dinner. Good quality and good prices. Great breakfast. Everything very clean and well maintained. We had a fantastic stay.

The breakfast was delicious, with eggs made to order. Very quick drive to Plitvice. We gave them laundry when we arrived, and it was ready by 7AM the next day.

Dinner was a bit pricey without free tap water (unfriendly server claimed that the tap was not safe to drink, but reputable online sources had evidence to the contrary, and we filled our water bottles in the sink and felt fine).

Well-priced and the breakfast was really good. The guesthouse is a great option if you’re visiting Plitvice and don’t want to spend too much. You share the same facilities with the hotel guests, yet at a more favourable price.

Especially the bathroom is a bit outdated. Also, the WiFi was quite bad.

Very friendly staff upon arrival en later. Room was spacious and had a little terrace. We rented bikes and did a beautiful bike tour. The pool and gym are nice to have. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Plevicy lakes. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant is ok but nothing amazing.

We stayed in the side building which was extremely noisy from our upper neighbours. Shower was broken and repaired with a wooden plate... not very hygienic.

The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and the area of the terrace and pool was very nice. Watching a sunset is definitely a must at the location. The room is big and clean. Bathroom was standard but clean. Had a big terrace, a plus. The personal is very friendly and supportive. Very close to Plitvice Park.

Would have been a plus to have the pool a bit longer opened.

Great location, nice, quiet surroundings. Room was clean. Staff very nice and helpfull, also speaks good english. Great variety for breakfast, fresh and tasty. Dinner also very tasty. Good value for money.

Had a little problem with not running water at our arrival but solved within 15 minutes.

All the public areas are very great and the staff was nice. 6 minutes drive to Plitvice Lakes entrance number 1.

The only negative point is that the rooms need a little refreshment.

Overall the location is nice, but our room usable size was way less than advertised. Being at the last floor, attic style room, we did not have space to move, injured my head several times in the inclined walls, including the bathroom where the toilet was exactly under inclined wall…almost impossbile to use. Very small and tight room and bathroom, unconfortable. The rest was great.

Great and friendly staff - always there, always ready to help. Great ambient. Breakfast offer is rich and diverse. A la carte offer in the restaurant is more than diverse and delicious. Vegetarian and gluten free options available as well.

Small shower cabin, small screen TV - none of this are dealbreakers, will be back for sure...
