Sofía and Asier were outstanding. Sami was great too. our room was very clean and spotless.

The location of the hotel was excellent , the town is stunning and well worth a visit

There was no parking available so had to walk a long way with the travel bags. On departure, I went to reception at 7.30am in order to pay only to find that there was no one in the reception area. I rang the bell many times without getting any response. It was not until 8.15 that somebody came to reception.

The room had a large terrace with an amazing view to the mountains and over 4 provinces! Shame the weather was overcast but we still enjoyed sitting out with a bottle of wine! The terrace has a couple of sun beds for warmer weather . The hotel is right across from the old town walls , a beautiful old town with quaint narrow streets and lots of bars and restaurants Parking for our motorcycle was good Bed was comfortable and everything clean

Not really a complaint but we were looking forward to a meal in the highly recommended restaurant but it was closed , it was low season and Monday though

Very good location.

Very old shower cabin+shower didn't work properly. Cabin itself very old tiles and need to be fixed and/or replaced. Price is very high for quality of the room. Also the restaurant prices are very high for the quantity of food given. Breakfast is very small for the price with no variety of food. Quality of food is good.

Fantastic views from our room and a really nice balcony that we didn't expect.

No lift and quite a few stairs. Car parking was a bit of a challenge

Our room with a mountain view and balcony was beautiful. Amazing view. Room was fresh, clean, very well presented, beds super comfy. Everything we needed. We got breakfast, lovely. Staff, service was wonderful. Totally recommend.

Great location and excellent value

Totally unkind and unhelpful staff. There is no possibility to late check-in even if you have a problems in travel. We kindly ask for a help in difficult time during our travel but the lady from the staff ignored us and was not empathetic at all. Location in beautiful place encourage us to reserve this place but we strongly not recommend it. The worst staff in last five years of our travels.

the restaurant was closed but many other places to eat nearby. the 2 sets of stairs were too much for us as pensioners with an elderly dog too. no lift in the hotel. parking is a lottery
