Air conditioning in room and the very friendly cleaning lady who was excellent

Let me just start by saying we always look for the positives when giving reviews but it was hard here. Receptionist upon arrival was very unfriendly and didn't tell us anything about the hotel, literally she slid the keys over and said room 215. I had to ask where we accessed our room from and then asked about breakfast which we had booked for 2 mornings of our 4 night stay but she said no u don't have breakfast. I said I had booked it for weds and Thurs morning and then she said she would check and get back to us. 4 days later she never did come back to us. I contacted booking.com who were very helpful and they tried ringing the hotel but could get no answer, they also emailed the hotel. There were ants in the room as they surrounded our biscuits that we had beside the bed on the locker. There were no doors open for them to come in.The fire alarm is falling off the ceiling and the washbasin unit in the room is rotting all around the end of the unit. We checked out with the same girl and the 3 words we got were all is OK. Nothing else. Also there is a building site across the road from the hotel that is quiet loud when they are working.

The hotel was in a very good location - close to beach, restaurants, and bars. Air conditioning was very good. Size of room was very good, comfortable size.

It didn't look at all like the pictures. Nothing like it. Breakfasts not very good, very limited. Furniture in rooms very old fashioned - felt like the place needed a bit of a decoration.

Location was good , staff was good , cleaning was good

Split level room , and room colour was depressing. Plus ac is fixed at a wrong place to cover both downstairs and upstairs .

Staff very helpful Both beach and shopping areas close by.

No wifi on 3rd floor so had to sit in breakfast area to log on. Garage parking was not useable

The breakfast was awful if did not pay another 10 euros you got soggy ham and cheese on burnt bread, not what they advertise.

No air conditioning in restaurant bar or reception. Building site opposite. Not

I like this hotel, spacious, confortable bed and great balcony follow with.

There some necessary update furniture, mattress is excellent. Only thing is parking going sweat to find around otherwise hotel parking is so expensive to ask. Lighting need fix l, some forgot change new bulbs. Bathroom was little dark.

Location and surrounding area..

Service from staff poor with exception of male receptionist ingored by bar staff. Asked for air conditioning to be set told maintenance man here yesterday despite only just checking in.

The bar staff in the evening were great. There was a particular girl who was waiting tables on Friday evening and she was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Dark straight hair and glasses. She was really lovely and very helpful. The two young gentlemen behind reception who checked me in on Friday were really lovely, very polite and especially helpful. The hotel is an older style that is in the process of renovation, although very close to the beach and exceptional value

we did not expect to not have internet, we had to go and ask for the staff to clean our room, not clean towels, toilet paper, we definitely not going there again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bag there for free after checkout.

Many of the facilities were in a state of disrepair. The gym was not well maintained and the jacuzzi was out of service. WiFi was down during the while stay. The shower was not clean at all with hairs and dirt in the tub and there was no shower curtain.

Location was good.

Didn't realise the bedroom was on a mezzanine but that's my fault for not checking, There was no shower curtain so it made it difficult to shower without wetting the floor.

The stuff was polite and helpful, the room had a bathtub and the location is pretty good.

Our room was not cleaned on our arrival, but not only did the staff move us but upgraded us immediately and gave us a choice of rooms. Quickly resolved. We had a problem with our door key and again the staff immediately resolved this.

Was no staff 24hr very litte English had to pay for sauna No extra blanket Nobody on reception or bar had to ring bell

Thats there was nobody around in case needed to speak to someone

Great location , friendly staff and very clean.

The walls in the room are a bit thin so when the hotel is busy it might be a bit noisy in the rooms.
