We didn't get the room we have booked but different one in 5he attic, so that's why we haven't been satisfied. Everything else was pk, location is perfect.

Localization

Parking, no kettle and equipment. Better to park on the street. At least no stress and cheaper. They do not assign parking lot to the reservation, so with a larger car you can be surprised when you leave.

The young woman who was working the reception desk was charming, outgoing and a genuine delight. It makes such a huge difference when you are received at a hotel by cheerful and friendly staff members.

Very central to centre

booked 2 singles but got 1 double. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Bathroom too small.

Parking was very convenient ,but it was more expensive that was written in the booking information ; breakfast was very good, and part of the staff was very kind to us.

That they did not give us any answer about our messages , that we sent to the hotel about questions related to our reserve.

The breakfast could have been better. They put everything out and by the time we came to breakfast everything was gone.

Location was perfect, I loved walking the short distance to the market in the morning have a coffee with the locals and watch the town come awake. The room was comfortable and cool (it was August - important) and for a nomad like me, a great place to work during the day, where I could focus. Pula is small and walkable, with a good vibe and the hotel is not far from anything, but still a quiet respite.

Great location (just 5 minutes walk to the Pula amfitheater). Breakfast was ok. Personnel was very friendly.

The airco was not working on the first night. Luckily they fixed the airco on the second day of our stay. Our room had a bath, but is was too small to use it as a bath. There was no shower curtain, so difficult to use it as a shower or otherwise the bathroom would be full of water. A little bit overpriced.

The room was like a sauna . Air conditioning not working . It was tiny and didn’t look like the pictures on booking.com - would not recommend.
